When Akira was rescued, she “thanked” her rescuer late in the evening by giving birth to a litter of puppies. Phew—what a dog and seven lives safely secured! But it’s a mammoth task for our animal welfare colleague in Bulgaria—physically demanding as well as financially challenging. Her puppies are featured in a separate listing. Akira is an open-minded, friendly, and highly social dog who loves spending time and enjoying the company of sociable canine companions. Therefore, we’d love to find her a home with at least one other socially compatible dog. She’d be happiest with active people who enjoy long, steady walks, because Akira needs daily physical and mental stimulation and enrichment. Akira would be best suited to experienced dog owners who can handle her breed-typical strong-willed nature. We’re looking for people who don’t live in the city center and have a garden, as Akira loves spending time outdoors. However, she will not be placed in kennel or outdoor-only conditions; she absolutely deserves to be part of a family. Akira still has some basic training to learn, such as housebreaking and basic obedience—but with patience, calmness, and consistent training alongside experienced dog owners, this won’t be a problem. Akira would also love to attend dog school for additional support. Akira had heartworms, but treatment was started immediately back then; today, her test results are negative. Nevertheless, she’ll need to continue receiving spot-on treatments on the back of her neck until she’s eight months old. Our animal protector is very grateful for medication sponsors—thank you so much! Akira is vaccinated, spayed/neutered, microchipped, and will be rehomed with a Snap D-test result. ♀, geb. ca. 2024freundlich - fröhlich - sozialin Bulgarien Akira ist eine ca. 2024 geborene Husky-Tamaska-Mischlingshündin mit einer Schulterhöhe von ca. 58 cm. Als Akira gerettet wurde, -bedankte- sie sich am späten Abend mit einem Wurf Welpen. Puuuuh, ein Hund und 7 Leben in Sicherheit, aber eine Mammutaufgabe für unsere Tierschutzkollegin in Bulgarien; nicht nur körperlich, sondern auch finanziell. Ihre Welpen werden in einer anderen Anzeige vorgestellt. Akira ist eine aufgeschlossene, freundliche, sehr soziale Hündin, die gerne mit sozialen Artgenossen ihre Zeit und die Gesellschaft mit ihnen genießt. Daher wird gerne ein Zuhause mit mindestens einem sozialen Ersthund gesucht. Bei aktiven Menschen, die ausdauernde Spaziergänge lieben, denn Akira möchte täglich körperlich und mental ausgelastet und gefördert werden. Akira sollte zu Hundeerfahrenen Menschen, die mit einem rassetypischen starken Willen umgehen können. Menschen, die nicht in der Innenstadt wohnen und einen Garten haben, da sich Akira gerne draußen aufhält. In Zwinger- oder Außenhaltung wird sie jedoch nicht abgegeben; sie soll definitv den Famiienanschluß haben. Das Hundeeinmaleins, die Stubenreinheit etc. muß Akira noch lernen, was aber mit Geduld, Ruhe und konsequentem Training mit hundeerfahrenen Menschen kein Problem darstellt. Gerne wird Akira auch die Hundeschule besuchen, um weitere Unterstützung zu bekommen. Akira hatte Herzwürmer und es wurde damals sofort mit der Behandlung begonnen; jetzt zeigt sie ein negatives Ergebnis, muß aber bis zum 8ten Monat die Spot-ons in den Nacken weiter bekommen. Die Tierschützerin freut sich sehr über Medikamentenpaten, vielen Dank. Akira wird geimpft, kastriert, gechippt und mit einem Snap- D-Test vermittelt. Sie befindet sich bei Sofia/Bulgarien.
