Alma was abandoned, and although we don’t know exactly what happened, we can only imagine it based on the fear she’s shown toward people for so long. But Alma is a true testament to resilience—she’s already learned to trust again and is ready to find a family. Now she goes for walks with her trusted volunteer and has the time of her life! Alma embodies hope and perseverance, and she’s looking for a family that’s truly up to her standards. Little by little, she’s starting to believe that not all humans are the same. When she opens her heart, she’s an incredibly affectionate dog who just wants cuddles. She’s a PPP (Potentially Picky Puppy)—and although it’s not fair at all, she does need a license. But we assure you, this simple procedure is nothing compared to all the love she’s capable of giving. Do you want to help her have the life she deserves?

Es de los casos más duros que hemos tenido… Alma fue abandonada y aunque no sabemos exactamente, nos lo imaginamos por el miedo que ha mostrado hacia las personas durante mucho tiempo. Pero Alma es un auténtico ejemplo de superación porque ya ha aprendido a confiar de nuevo y está lista para encontrar una familia. Ahora sale de paseo con su voluntario de confianza y se la pasa la mar de bien. Alma representa esperanza y superación, y busca una familia que esté a su altura. Poco a poco, está confiando en que no todos los humanos somos iguales. Cuando abre su corazón, es una perra muy cariñosa que solo quiere caricias. Es una PPP (Perro Potencialmente Pegajosa) y aunque no sea para nada justo, necesita licencia.
