Our Romanian animal welfare colleagues have built a completely new animal shelter 10 kilometers outside the city and have recently received fresh approval for the shelter operation. This means that the operating license for the old animal shelter will expire soon, so our colleagues are currently starting to relocate the entire animal shelter with about 500 dogs. This is a massive task and a logistical masterpiece. To relieve our partner animal shelter, we have taken in some more dogs at the moment so that they do not have to move at all. We are looking for a rather quiet home for Alvin among sensitive dog lovers who can instill trust and security and lovingly but firmly show him his place in life. Dort wurde er auf der Straße gefunden und ist dann als Fundhund in unser Partnertierheim, das private Victory Shelter, gekommen. Unsere rumänischen Tierschutzkollegen haben 10 Kilometer außerhalb der Stadt ein komplett neues Tierheim gebaut und ganz frisch die Genehmigung für den Tierheimbetrieb erhalten. D.h. die Betriebserlaubnis für das alte Tierheim läuft in Kürze ab, so dass unsere Kollegen aktuell starten, das komplette Tierheim mit rund 500 Hunden umzusiedeln. Dies ist eine Mammutaufgabe und logistische Meisterleistung. Um unser Partnertierheim zu entlasten, haben wir aktuell noch einige Hunde übernommen, damit diese erst gar nicht umziehen müssen.
