Amy, a small mouse, was shaved at our shelter with the help of the veterinary clinic team yesterday. What we found after shaving was devastating: Amy has a large tumor. The clinic immediately decided to take the little mouse. Amy was scheduled for surgery today. Unfortunately, Amy cannot be operated on at the moment. 😢 But she is physically fine🙏 and transportable ‼️ Thankfully, the clinic took blood samples beforehand, which revealed that Amy has pancreatitis and poor liver values. She is now receiving medication for pancreatitis and special food. ❤️🙏 This means Amy urgently needs another solution.‼️ Because daily medication and special food are not possible in Cotoroaia. We are leaving on Friday and had to cancel and rebook our flight already😢 Additionally, Rudi is just too wild and we currently have no kennel available where Amy can get the rest she desperately needs. Amy and Bruno, who was shaved under sedation, must return to the shelter today. 😢 We are facing a huge problem and honestly don't know how to solve it. 😢 The tumor must be operated on - as soon as Amy is stable enough. 🙏 Maybe someone will take Amy in and provide the necessary care. ❤️ Best would be a foster home in NRW, so Amy can be operated on. Please, who can help Amy? 🙏 And we also urgently need financial help. 😢❤️ We would be very grateful if you could leave a small donation for Amy's treatment. The invoice is not yet available... So, jetzt kommen wir zu unserer kleinen Amy … und leider gibt es keine guten Nachrichten. 😢 Amy wurde gestern bei uns im Shelter mit Unterstützung des Teams der Tierklinik geschoren. Was nach dem Scheren zum Vorschein kam, hat uns allen den Boden unter den Füßen weggezogen: Amy hat einen großen Tumor. 😢 Die Klinik entschied deshalb sofort, die kleine Maus mitzunehmen. Heute sollte Amy operiert werden. Doch leider kann Amy im Moment nicht operiert werden. 😢 Aber körperlich geht es ihr gut🙏 und wäre auch transportfähig ‼️ Gott sei Dank hat die Klinik vorher noch Blut abgenommen. Dabei wurde festgestellt, dass Amy an einer Pankreatitis leidet und auch ihre Leberwerte nicht die besten sind. Sie bekommt nun Tabletten gegen die Pankreatitis und spezielles Futter. ❤️🙏 Das bedeutet allerdings auch, dass Amy dringend eine andere Lösung braucht.‼️ Denn in Cotoroaia ist eine tägliche Medikamentengabe und die Versorgung mit Spezialfutter leider nicht möglich. Wir sind ab Freitag weg und mussten schon einmal den Flug stornieren und wieder neu buchen😢 Dazu kommt, dass Rudi einfach viel zu wild ist und wir aktuell keinen freien Kennel haben, in dem Amy die dringend benötigte Ruhe bekommen könnte. Amy und auch Bruno, der unter Sedierung geschoren wurde, müssen heute leider wieder zurück ins Shelter. 😢 Wir stehen gerade vor einem riesigen Problem und wissen ehrlich gesagt selbst noch nicht, wie wir es lösen sollen. 😢 Der Tumor muss operiert werden – sobald Amy stabil genug dafür ist. 🙏 Vielleicht gibt es irgendwo jemanden, der sich Amy annimmt und ihr die nötige Versorgung ermöglichen kann. ❤️ Am besten wäre eine Pflegestelle in NRW, damit Amy dann auch operiert werden kann.. Bitte, wer kann Amy helfen? 🙏 Und auch finanziell brauchen wir euch jetzt ganz dringend. 😢❤️ Wir würden uns sehr freuen, wenn ihr eine kleine Spende für Amys Behandlung da lassen würdet. Rechnung ist noch nicht da...
