In the population of Andesiitti came to Maukula in December 2025. It seems that Andesiitta has not had many positive experiences with people. The beginning of the year has been spent getting used to a new life, and the adjustment is certainly going to continue for a long time. Andesiitti is still very shy and does not like to be around people. He loves high places. Andesiitta can often be found on the edge of the roof, on high shelves and in the highest tree nest. The new home of Andesiitti must provide plenty of time for him to gain confidence. Sometimes during calm moments, Andesiitti peeks at people's hands. If he is noticed, he quickly jumps back into hiding. Andesiitta's appetite is usually good. Andesiitta's ears have had to be treated while in Maukula. He does not enjoy such procedures, but he has clearly started to get used to the treatment and it has gone more smoothly than before. On the other hand, when fearing unpleasant treatment, Andesiitti easily startles as a warning when someone approaches him. Andesiitti is being surrendered vaccinated, microchipped, spayed/neutered, dewormed and tested for FIV and FeLV. Will not be surrendered as a single cat or as a free-roaming cat.
