Andrew

Mixed Breed · Male · Young · 1 year

Andrew arrived at Triple A on 13 May 2025 together with his siblings Angelo and Asís, after their previous owner had to move to another country and was no longer able to care for them. Since arriving, Andrew has shown himself to be an exceptional cat: sweet, affectionate, gentle and very much a home-loving cat. He gets along very well with other cats and particularly enjoys human contact, cuddles and companionship. He has that calm and tender personality that wins your heart from the very first moment. He is a wonderful cat who simply needs a family that can see all the love he has to give. Andrew is love in every sense of the word. All he needs is a chance and a home where he can be happy and loved forever. Could you be the one to give him that forever home? Get in touch with us and come and meet this wonderful companion. 🏡 To ensure his safety, it is essential that windows and terraces have suitable safety protections in place before adoption. 📩 Adoption contact: 📸 Follow us on Instagram:

About Andrew

What life with Andrew looks like

Andrew is a small young adult mixed breed cat waiting at Triple A Marbella in Marbella.

An adult cat usually shows their personality within a week. Give them a quiet room with everything they need (food, water, litter, hiding spot) and let them choose when to explore. Don't force interaction — every cat decides for themselves when a new home counts as home.

🇪🇸Adopting from Spain

Spanish protectoras generally include sterilization, all vaccinations, microchip ID, and EU pet passport in the adoption fee (typically €250–€400 for a dog, €100–€180 for a cat). Many maintain partnerships with rescue transport providers across the EU.

Frequently asked

Adopting Andrew, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Andrew?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Triple A Marbella handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Andrew on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Andrew if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Triple A Marbella will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Andrew already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most cats on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Andrew isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Triple A Marbella early rather than rehoming privately; they know Andrew and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (EN). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
