Anila is a female dog, about 47 cm tall, born in August 2024. She was also found as part of our neutering project in the Gorj district. Unfortunately, only one puppy (still) remained with her. We don't know the circumstances under which this little family survived, but it is clear from Anila's appearance that she had to manage a great deal on her own. The elegant dog was visibly relieved when the animal welfare volunteers found her and did not leave her unprotected and alone on site any longer. At last she can rest and provide for her remaining puppy in safety. Both are now receiving medical care and being lovingly nursed back to health, so that they can recover from the hardships they have endured. Anila is friendly and gentle, still a little cautious, but open to closeness and affection. Her puppy can now grow up under protection, and Anila too should have the chance to lead a life free of fear and deprivation. As soon as the little furry one is old enough and we find a suitable home or foster placement, Anila may also leave for her new home. That is why we are already looking for a loving foster home that can ease her path to a new and safe life, or a family that would like to give her a permanent forever home. Perhaps Anila will find a home or foster place with you that offers her security, a warm bed, and loving companionship. Update: In the meantime, Anila has been very well cared for by Estera and lovingly nursed back to health. As the photos clearly show, she appears healthy, stable, and increasingly relaxed. As soon as her remaining puppy is allowed to move out, we wish for Anila a loving foster home that will show her the world and teach her about it: people who give her security, take her by the paw, and gradually make possible a life beyond worry and deprivation. Anila is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and will be placed with a protection contract after a positive pre-screening. General note about our dogs: Our dogs in Romania are visited regularly so that we can reassess their behavior and development again and again. These personal impressions help us greatly to convey as accurate a picture as possible of each individual dog. Nevertheless, we would like to point out that a dog may behave differently in a new environment, with new people, new routines, and new impressions. This is entirely normal and part of every process of change. Many dogs even open up more quickly in a home and show sides of themselves that were not visible at the shelter. Our assessments are therefore based on current observations, but they are not a guarantee of any particular behavior in a new environment. They are meant to offer guidance and show how the dog presents itself at the shelter, and what potential it has. We are convinced that with patience, understanding, and a loving environment, every dog can find its way and continue to develop positively.

Anila ist eine etwa 47 cm große und im August 2024 geborene Hündin. Auch sie wurde im Rahmen unseres Kastrationsprojekts im Landkreis Gorj aufgefunden. Leider war nur (noch) ein Welpe bei ihr – die Umstände, unter denen die kleine Familie überlebt hat, kennen wir nicht, doch man sieht Anila an, dass sie viel allein bewältigen musste.Die elegante Hündin war sichtlich erleichtert, als die Tierschützer sie entdeckten und nicht weiter ungeschützt und allein vor Ort ließen. Endlich darf sie zur Ruhe kommen und ihren verbliebenen Welpen in Sicherheit versorgen. Beide werden nun medizinisch betreut und liebevoll aufgepäppelt, damit sie sich von den Strapazen erholen können.Anila zeigt sich freundlich und sanft, noch etwas vorsichtig, aber offen für Nähe und Zuwendung. Ihr Welpe darf nun behütet aufwachsen – und auch Anila soll die Chance bekommen, ein Leben ohne Angst und Entbehrungen zu führen. Sobald die kleinen Fellnase alt genug ist und wir eine geeignetes Zuhause oder Pflegestelle finden, darf auch Anila ausreisen. Daher suchen wir bereits jetzt eine liebevolle Pflegestelle, die ihr den Weg in ein neues und sicheres Leben erleichtert – oder eine Familie, die ihr sogar ein dauerhaftes Für‑immer‑Zuhause schenken möchte. Vielleicht findet Anila bei dir ein Zuhause oder eine Pflegeplatz, welches ihr Sicherheit, ein warmes Körbchen und liebevolle Begleitung schenkt.Update: Mittlerweile wurde Anila von Estera richtig gut versorgt und liebevoll aufgepäppelt. Wie man unschwer an den Fotos erkennen kann, wirkt sie gesund, stabil und zunehmend gelöst. Sobald ihr verbliebenes Hundekind ausziehen darf, wünschen wir uns für Anila eine liebevolle Pflegestelle, die ihr die Welt zeigt und erklärt – Menschen, die ihr Sicherheit geben, sie an die Pfote nehmen und ihr Schritt für Schritt ein Leben jenseits von Sorge und Entbehrung ermöglichen.Anila ist kastriert, geimpft, gechippt und wird nach positiver Vorkontrolle mit einem Schutzvertrag vermittelt.Allgemeiner Hinweis zu unseren Schützlingen: Unsere Hunde in Rumänien werden regelmäßig besucht, damit wir ihr Verhalten und ihre Entwicklung immer wieder neu einschätzen können. Diese persönlichen Eindrücke helfen uns sehr, ein möglichst gutes Bild von jedem einzelnen Hund zu vermitteln. Dennoch möchten wir darauf hinweisen, dass sich ein Hund in einer neuen Umgebung – mit neuen Menschen, neuen Abläufen und neuen Eindrücken – auch anders zeigen kann. Das ist ganz normal und gehört zu jedem Veränderungsprozess dazu. Viele Hunde öffnen sich im Zuhause sogar schneller und zeigen Seiten, die im Shelter gar nicht sichtbar waren. Unsere Einschätzungen basieren daher auf aktuellen Beobachtungen, sind aber keine Garantie für jedes Verhalten im neuen Umfeld. Sie sollen eine Orientierung geben und zeigen, wie der Hund sich im Shelter präsentiert – und welches Potenzial in ihm steckt.Wir sind überzeugt: Mit Geduld, Verständnis und einem liebevollen Umfeld kann jeder Hund seinen Weg finden und sich positiv weiterentwickeln.
