Antonia was taken into our care as part of a community spay/neuter program. She lived as a street cat in Újkígyós. A lady feded two other cats in the neighborhood, but they would always give birth to kittens. (The other cat, Abigél, is Antonia's mother.) Everyone initially thought Antonia was a male, but when she was spayed, it turned out she was pregnant, so she was brought to the shelter to recover and we couldn't bear to return her. Antonia is a beautiful cat. She was initially shy and wild, not seeking human company at all. After a few days of care, she became more relaxed and the street cat quickly became a tame cat. :) She is a bit wary of strangers at first, she has to fight for their favor, but after a few delicious pouches, she becomes more trusting, rubs against the person, and arches her back. Her FIV/FELV test is negative.

ANTÓNIA egy lakossági ivartalanítási program keretében került a gondozásunkba. Utcacicaként élte mindennapjait Újkígyóson. A szomszéd 2 cicáját etette egy hölgy, de minden évben odafialtak neki. (A másik cica Abigél, aki ANTÓNIA anyja. ) ANTÓNIÁról először azt gondolta mindenki, hogy kandúr, de ivartalanításkor kiderült, hogy vemhes volt, így bekerült lábadozni a menhelyre és már nem volt szívünk őt visszahelyezni. ANTÓNIA egy csodaszép cica. Eleinte félénk és vad volt, egyáltalán nem kereste az emberi társaságot. Pár nap gondoskodás után megbékélt és az utcacicából gyorsan egy kezes cica vált belőle. :)Idegenekkel azért elsőre picit bizalmatlan, neki meg kell harcolni kicsit a kegyeiért, de egy-két finom alutasakos után már nagyobb bizalommal áll a dolgokhoz, dörgölőzik az emberhez, púposodik a háta. FIV/FELV tesztje negatív.
