APOLLO ist mit seinen ca. 70 cm eine imposante Erscheinung. Mit wachsamen Blick aus seinen wunderschönen braunen Augen beobachtet der große Rüde genau, was um ihn herum geschieht, das liegt wahrscheinlich auch in seinen Genen vermutlich ist er ein Herdenschutzmischling. Der arme Kerl hatte bisher kein schönes Leben und seine Geschichte stimmt einen traurig. APOLLO kommt aus einem Armenviertel und wurde von seinen Menschen schlecht behandelt. Er fristete ein trostloses Leben an einer kurzen Kette, wurde vernachlässigt und wahrscheinlich auch geschlagen. APOLLO hat sein freundliches Wesen behalten, ist anfangs Fremden gegenüber allerdings sehr unsicher und misstraut ihnen. Mit anderen Hunden hat er keine Probleme und Bea hat ihn in ihr Shelter gebracht. Das erste Mal in seinem Leben spürt APOLLO, dass sich Menschen liebevoll um ihn kümmern, ihm Aufmerksamkeit und Zuwendung schenken. Die Hundepersönlichkeit braucht etwas Zeit um sich an Menschen zu gewöhnen, baut jetzt langsam Vertrauen zu seinen Betreuerinnen auf und freut sich über kurze Streicheleinheiten. Für APOLLO suchen wir souveräne, großhundeerfahrene Menschen, die ihm die nötige Zeit geben, sich einzugewöhnen und Vertrauen aufzubauen.
