Andújar, 20. 10. Nun konnten wir auch Apolo endlich aus der Perrera in Linares zu uns holen. Im Refugio zeigt er sich als ausgesprochen süßer, liebevoller und sanfter Rüde. Ganz wie sein Bruder Teseo zu Beginn, ist er derzeit noch etwas schüchtern, sucht aber dennoch die Nähe zu uns Menschen und genießt es sehr, gestreichelt und berührt zu werden. Bevor er zu uns ins Refugio kam, wurde er in der Tierklinik Cevan kastriert. Die dort zuständige Tierärztin María José informierte uns darüber, dass während der Narkose eine Arrhythmie auftrat und sein Herz daher im Auge behalten werden muss. Bei einer ersten Untersuchung durch unsere spanischen Tierärzte am vergangenen Dienstag war beim Abhorchen zwar kein Herzgeräusch zu hören, aber unser Tierärzteteam wird sein Herz am kommenden Donnerstag vorsichtshalber noch einmal gründlich kontrollieren. Apolo zeichnet sich durch seinen rundum guten Charakter aus und ist ein sehr verträglicher Hund, der problemlos mit anderen Rüden sowie Hündinnen zusammenleben kann. Nun möchten wir ihm helfen, den aller letzten Schritt zu machen: Wer schenkt diesem wunderbaren Rüden das endgültige, liebevolle Zuhause, das er so sehr verdient hat?
