She doesn't want to trust, but she simply needs a lot of time, patience, and a quiet environment to start feeling safe. For her, every small step is important. She seeks a home that understands her pace, without rushing and without unrealistic expectations, where she can coexist on her own terms and where her space will be respected. With time and understanding, she can learn that people do not represent a threat, but it's important to know that her process will be slow and that perhaps she will always maintain a shy character.
