B77

Mixed Breed · Male · Kitten · 8 months

B77 is a free-roaming tomcat from Biesak Street who was temporarily taken to the shelter. He came to us because he needed help and treatment. Life on the streets can be extremely challenging, and any injury or illness can pose a huge threat to a cat that has no one to care for its health. Now B77 is under our care, and every day we do everything to regain his strength and return him to good condition. This is a cat who has managed on his own all his life. He does not know the comfort of home or daily contact with humans. He is cautious, carefully observes his surroundings, and needs time to feel safe. He does not seek attention, but he does not show aggression. He simply maintains the distance that over the years was his way of survival. B77 is a calm tomcat. He doesn't cause problems, fits well in his space and uses the litter box. Date of birth: ~07/2018 We inform that each pet can be adopted virtually. For information on this topic, please contact us by email ( or through our Facebook profile:) More information about the animal can be obtained by contacting the Shelter office at No. To adopt a dog, you need an ID card, leash and collar. To adopt a cat, you need an ID card and a carrier. All dogs and cats are chipped, dewormed, vaccinated against infectious diseases. Dogs also against rabies. Adult animals can leave for their new home after the castration/sterilization procedure has been performed. Puppies/kittens leave the shelter without surgery, but they have free sterilization/castration at an appropriate age. The age of a dog/cat is determined based on its teeth and overall appearance, so it should be treated as an approximate value. ADOPTION IS FREE THERE IS THE POSSIBILITY OF TRANSPORT - WARSAW, KRAKOW, WROCLAW, POZNAŃ, KATOWICE, ŁÓDŹ, LUBLIN or other cities after agreement. About B77

What life with B77 looks like

B77 is a small puppy/kitten mixed breed cat waiting at Fundacja Puszatek in Warszawa.

Kittens are tiny chaos engines for about six months and then mellow rapidly. They need two scheduled feedings, a litter box per cat plus one extra, and somewhere high to climb. Spay/neuter happens around six months — most shelters arrange this before adoption.

🇵🇱Adopting from Poland

Polish shelters maintain established transport routes to Germany, Netherlands, Austria, and Sweden. Animals leave sterilized and chipped. Adoption fees are typically lower than in Western Europe (often €50–€150) but adopters cover transport.

Frequently asked

Adopting B77, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about B77?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Fundacja Puszatek handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw B77 on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt B77 if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Fundacja Puszatek will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is B77 already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most cats on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if B77 isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Fundacja Puszatek early rather than rehoming privately; they know B77 and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (PL). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
