Baccara was saved from a terrible situation when she was held in a fattening park in Soumagne. The mesh floor of the barn where she was collapsed, throwing her directly into the manure pit with several dozen others. The pigs on the farm remained trapped there for several hours and most of them died by drowning in their own excrement. The survivors of this tragedy were particularly affected and will have lasting effects for a long time. Baccara spent the first 48 hours at the shelter sleeping in a warm stall where she literally buried herself in the straw.

Baccara a été sauvée d’une situation épouvantable alors qu’elle était détenue dans un parc d’engraissement à Soumagne. Le sol en caillebotis du hangar où elle était a cédé la plongeant directement avec plusieurs dizaines d'autres dans la fosse à lisier. Les cochons de l’exploitation y sont restés prisonniers plusieurs heures et la plupart y ont perdu la vie en se noyant dans leurs propres excréments. Les survivants de ce drame ont été particulièrement marqués et en garderont des séquelles pendant longtemps.
