Baki, "the Ewige" – so a meaning of his name – is a beautiful, 2.5-year-old hunting dog-mix breed, likely an Hungarian Vizsla. The roughly 18–20 kg heavy fellow is the epitome of a lovable dog who behaves incredibly sweet and friendly towards people. Unfortunately, we do not know his past. But he likely lived on the streets for some time before he was caught by the dog catchers and brought to the public shelter. Baki is incredibly loving, open, and compatible with his fellow animals and a true charmer. He now had good fortune and was allowed to travel to his foster home in 02999 Lohsa and can be visited there at any time. Baki is looking for active people who enjoy working with a dog and getting to know him. Baki wants to learn and be challenged and supported. But of course, cuddle time should not be lacking either. For Baki, we can imagine activities like Mantrailing, tracking, obedience, canicross, and sniffing games. So activities that challenge his physical and mental needs and strengthen the bond with his person. Due to his breed, a prey drive cannot be ruled out. Baki wishes his new people time, patience, and structure – without pressure – to learn everything anew and understand life in a household. A visit to dog training classes would surely also bring him much joy. Do you give your heart to Baki? Seine Geschichte: Baki, „der Ewige“ – so eine Bedeutung seines Namens – ist ein wunderschöner, 2,5 Jahre alter Jagdhund-Mischling, vermutlich eine ungarische Bracke. Der ca. 18–20 kg schwere Bursche ist der Inbegriff eines liebenswerten Hundes, der sich Menschen gegenüber unglaublich süß und freundlich verhält. Leider kennen wir seine Vergangenheit nicht. Aber er lebte vermutlich einige Zeit auf der Strasse, bevor er von den Hundefängern eingefangen und in das öffentliche Shelter gebracht wurde. Baki ist unwahrscheinlich lieb, offen, verträglich mit seinen Artgenossen und ein echter Charmeur. Er hatte nun Glück und durfte in seine Pflegestelle in 02999 Lohsa ausreisen und kann dort jederzeit besucht werden. Baki sucht aktive Menschen, die Spaß daran haben, mit einem Hund zu arbeiten und sich mit ihm auseinanderzusetzen. Baki möchte lernen, gefordert und gefördert werden. Aber natürlich dürfen auch die Schmusestunden nicht zu kurz kommen. Für Baki können wir uns Sportarten wie Mantrailing, Fährtensuche, Obedience, Canicross und Schnüffelspiele vorstellen. Also Aktivitäten, die seine körperlichen und mentalen Bedürfnisse fordern und die Bindung mit seinem Menschen stärken. Aufgrund seiner Rasse kann ein Jagdtrieb nicht ausgeschlossen werden. Baki wünscht sich von seinen neuen Menschen Zeit, Geduld und Struktur – ohne Erwartungsdruck – um alles neu zu lernen und das Leben in einem Haushalt zu verstehen.
