Bambina is 8 months old (as of September 2023) – and if there were a term for a particularly cheerful dog, her picture would be in the dictionary next to this entry. Since there is no special word for these sunny four-legged friends, just believe that on a bad day, Bambina still manages to score a 7 on the happiness scale, and thus has the potential to entertain an entire city neighborhood on her own. In May, Bambina came to the care of Puntanimals with two other puppies. The three puppy siblings were left on a plaza in Huelva, and since they couldn’t think of anything better, they simply sat there until animal welfare officials were informed, who then picked up the trio. Two members of the trio have already found their own families, but Bambina is still waiting for someone to get excited about her. Since Bambina is, as mentioned, the happiest, most playful, and most loving puppy one can imagine, it’s a sad suspicion that she might be overlooked at the animal shelter due to her fur color. We know that Arca-adopters are often colorblind when choosing their future best friend, and so we trust that our little piece of coal with the beautiful white appliqués will soon find a home. Bambina is an energetic dog whose motto is definitely “in the middle of the action, not just a bystander.” She is clingy, curious, eager to learn, playful, and when she’s allowed on one of the rare walks outside the shelter, her joy is boundless. After exploring the surroundings together, Bambina likes to lie in the sun with her friends, and if one of the volunteers has the time to join her and stroke her belly, Bambina’s happiness is perfect. But such moments are rare at the animal shelter, and that’s why our friendly princess needs a new home right away. If you are active and have a lot of humor, if you like to be outdoors and know that some dogs might have a molehill in their ancestry, if you don’t make a big deal out of muddy paws and wet fur at home, and if you like to cuddle, play, and spend a lot of time with your new best friend, then we would be delighted to hear from you!

Bambina ist 8 Monate alt (Stand 09/2023) – und wenn es einen Fachbegriff für einen besonders fröhlichen Hund gäbe, dann wäre ihr Bild im Lexikon neben diesem Eintrag zu finden. Da es aber für diese Sonnenschein-Vierbeiner noch kein eigenes Wort gibt, müssen sie mir einfach glauben, dass Bambina auf einer Gute-Laune-Skala von 1-10 selbst an schlechten Tagen noch eine 7 erreicht, und damit das Potential hat, ein ganzes Stadtviertel alleine zu unterhalten. Bambina kam im Mai mit zwei anderen Welpen in die Obhut von Puntanimals. Die drei Hundekinder wurden auf einem Platz in Huelva ausgesetzt, und weil ihnen nichts Besseres einfiel, blieben sie ganz einfach dort sitzen, bis jemand den Tierschützern Bescheid sagte, die das Trio direkt abholten. Zwei Mitglieder des Dreigestirns haben schon ihre eigenen Familien gefunden, nur Bambina wartet noch darauf, dass sich jemand für sie begeistert. Weil Bambina wie erwähnt das fröhlichste, witzigste und liebevollste Hundetier ist, das man sich nur vorstellen kann, liegt der traurige Verdacht nahe, dass sie im Tierheim aufgrund ihrer Fellfarbe übersehen wird. Wir wissen, dass Arca-Adoptanten zum Großteil willentlich farbenblind sind, wenn sie sich ihre zukünftige beste Freundin oder ihren besten Freund wählen, und deshalb vertrauen wir darauf, dass sich für unser Kohlestückchen mit den schönen weißen Applikationen bald auch ein Plätzchen findet. Bambina ist ein energiegeladener Hund, dessen Motto auf jeden Fall “mittendrin statt nur dabei” lautet. Sie ist anhänglich, neugierig, lernwillig, verspielt und wenn sie mit auf einen der seltenen Spaziergänge außerhalb des Tierheims darf, ist ihre Freude grenzenlos. Nach dem gemeinsamen Erkunden der Umgebung liegt Bambina gern mit ihrern Freunden in der Sonne, wenn einer der Freiwilligen Zeit hat, sich zu ihr zu gesellen und ihr den Bauch zu streicheln, ist Bambinas Glück perfekt. Diese Momente sind aber im Tierheim wirklich rar gesät, und deswegen braucht unsere freundliche Prinzessin umgehend einen neuen Wirkungskreis. Wenn Sie aktiv sind und viel Humor haben, wenn Sie sich gern draußen aufhalten und wissen, dass manche Hunde den Verdacht unterstreichen, dass ein Erdferkel in ihrer Ahnenreihe eine Rolle spielte, wenn Sie aus Matschpfoten und feuchtem Fell im Haus keine große Sache machen, wenn Sie gern kuscheln, spielen und einfach viel Zeit für Ihre neue beste Freundin aufbringen können, dann würden wir uns freuen, von Ihnen zu hören!
