BARBADOS is only beginning to learn human contact. He is cautious, withdrawn and needs time to trust. He does not know household rules, does not know a leash – he still does not know how to walk on a leash, so the ideal place for him would be a house with a garden, where he could function without pressure and stress. This is a dog that requires a patient, calm caregiver, aware that working with a dog after such difficult experiences is a process. In the right hands, BARBADOS has a chance to find peace and a sense of security that he has never known before.
