Marnie e hijos (conjunta)

Mixed Breed · Female · Senior · 9 years

Marnie was out in the field all alone when she saw one of our volunteers doing rogaining and decided to follow her. When we arrived at the animal shelter, we noticed her round belly, and the veterinarian confirmed she was carrying five podenquitos inside. She gave birth at the animal shelter and soon moved to foster care. Three of the five puppies were adopted, but the last two did not find homes. After so much time together, and considering that one of them is much more timid, we decided we couldn't separate them, as the more timid one would likely end up alone and condemned to loneliness. After waiting for a while, no one offered to adopt them together. So, Marnie, their mother, had to educate and train them at home to keep them in good shape. Now we can't separate the family unit. We know it's not easy to adopt a whole family, but that's because people don't realize how easy it is to adopt a whole family. Paradoxical, right? They love each other very much and get along well. They play and have fun. You have everything ready; all you need is a home. A place to live with podenquitos. Are you ready to live among Podenco hounds?

ES·Show original

About Marnie e hijos (conjunta)

What life with Marnie e hijos (conjunta) looks like

Marnie e hijos (conjunta) is a senior mixed breed dog waiting at A.D.A. Noguera in Spain.

Senior dogs settle in faster than younger ones. They want a soft bed, predictable meals, and short, sniff-heavy walks rather than runs. Many senior rescues bond deeply within weeks because they understand exactly how good a stable home is. Expect occasional vet visits for joint or dental care.

Frequently asked

Adopting Marnie e hijos (conjunta), answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Marnie e hijos (conjunta)?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. A.D.A. Noguera handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Marnie e hijos (conjunta) on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Marnie e hijos (conjunta) if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — A.D.A. Noguera will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Marnie e hijos (conjunta) already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Marnie e hijos (conjunta) isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with A.D.A. Noguera early rather than rehoming privately; they know Marnie e hijos (conjunta) and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (ES). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
