The one-year-old Bayú has been in the care of ArcoNatura since just a few days ago (as of October 2023). In mid-October, it rained heavily, and the playful Spülbürsten-mixed breed was sitting on the veranda of an animal rescuer when she returned home with friends from work at the animal shelter. Bayú showed no fear and ran directly to his rescuers, who immediately offered him a place for the night and a meal. Upon arriving at the house, the poor condition of the small male dog was revealed – Bayú’s fur was covered in thorns, and the scratches under his curls had partly become infected. So, after his (lengthy) evening meal, the friendly charmer also got a bath, and Bayú sat relaxed and grateful in the tub while the dirt drained away and the mats in his fur fell to the scissors. Wrapped in a towel and lying on the couch, Bayú’s cuteness was revealed, bordering on a cuteness overload and almost impossible to top. Dry, groomed, fed, and satisfied, Bayú visited the vet the next day, who confirmed that the playful teenager was healthy but unfortunately not marked. No animal shelter, no police station, no vet clinic had been informed of the disappearance of a dog – and so Bayú moved into ArcoNatura, where he now awaits a family that will give him a ticket to great happiness. Bayú presented himself as a perfect gentleman, but he is only one year old, he has unmistakable Terrier blood, and with his Spülbürsten look, he surely doesn’t have to fear that anyone would take a mean trick on him. So there are no guarantees that the witty stray won’t discover his inner clown, but for now, he shows himself more as a highly decorative sofa cushion with a lot of interest in long and cozy walks through the friendly neighborhood. Bayú gets along well with the other four-legged residents of the shelter and is playful, and the curly-headed one finds children very entertaining. Bayú is looking for a humorous family that will conquer the world with him. A spot on the couch, pockets filled with cookies, a soft snuggle basket near the heater, the promise of many cuddles (Bayú firmly believes that an excess in this case does not exist), and his own ball are also on the wish list of the little charmer.

Der einjährige Bayú wohnt erst seit wenigen Tagen in der Obhut der ArcoNatura (Stand 10/2023). Mitte Oktober regnete es in Strömen und der lustige Spülbürsten-Mischling saß auf der Veranda einer Tierschützerin, als diese mit Freunden vom Dienst im Tierheim heimkehrte. Bayú zeigte keinerlei Scheu und lief auf Zuruf direkt zu seinen Rettern, die ihm natürlich direkt ein Plätzchen für die Nacht und eine Mahlzeit anboten. Im Haus angekommen offenbarte sich der schlimme Zustand des kleinen Rüden – Bayús Fell war übersät von Dornen und die Kratzer unter seinen Löckchen hatten sich zum Teil entzündet. Also bekam der freundliche Charmeur nach seinem (ausgiebigen) Abendessen auch gleich ein Bad, und Bayú saß entspannt und dankbar in der Wanne, während der Schmutz durch den Abfluss verschwand und die Matten im Fell der Schere zum Opfer fielen. In ein Handtuch gewickelt und auf der Couch liegend offenbarte sich Bayús Niedlichkeit, die schon wirklich an einen Cuteness Overload grenzt und fast nicht mehr zu überbieten ist. Trocken, gebürstet, satt und zufrieden besuchte Bayú am nächsten Tag den Tierarzt, der feststellte, dass der lustige Teenager gesund, aber leider nicht gekennzeichnet ist. Kein Tierheim, keine Polizeistation, keine Tierklinik war über das Verschwinden eines Hundes informiert – und so zog Bayú in die ArcoNatura, wo er jetzt darauf wartet, Fans zu finden, die ihm ein Ticket ins große Glück schenken möchten. Bayú hat sich als vollendeter Gentleman vorgestellt, aber er ist erst ein Jahr alt, er hat unübersehbar Terrierblut und mit seinem Spülbürstenlook muss er sicherlich nicht fürchten, dass ihm irgendjemand einen Streich übelnehmen könnte. Es gibt also keine Garantien dafür, dass der witzige Streuner nicht noch den Clown in sich entdeckt, bislang allerdings zeigt er sich eher als höchst dekoratives Sofakissen mit viel Interesse an langen und gemütlichen Spaziergängen durch die freundliche Nachbarschaft. Mit den anderen vierbeinigen Bewohnern des Tierheims zeigt sich Bayú umgänglich und verspielt, und Kinder findet der Lockenkopf sehr unterhaltsam. Bayú sucht eine humorvolle Familie, die mit ihm die Welt erobern möchte. Ein Plätzchen auf der Couch, mit Keksen befüllte Hosentaschen, ein weiches Kuschelkörbchen nahe der Heizung, die Zusicherung von vielen Streicheleinheiten (Bayú ist der festen Überzeugung, dass ein Zuviel in diesem Fall nicht existiert) und ein eigener Ball stehen außerdem auf der Wunschliste des kleinen Charmeurs.
