His story: Bazil and his siblings Winja, Zippi, Annegret, Bonsi, and Zoe were found on the street with their mother, just two months old. Near the Bistrita train station, the owner of a nearby house observed the litter of puppies and their mother until one day he heard the puppies whimpering and barking, left alone. We suspect that the mother was tragically killed by a train or something similar, leaving the puppies vulnerable. The Romanian finder could not locate the mother anywhere and brought the defenseless puppies to the shelter in Bistrita. Bazil is a small bundle of energy, typical for a puppy of just two months old, who loves to play and roughhouse with his siblings. But cuddles and the contact with people are also enjoyed by Bazil. He gets along well with other dogs. A compatibility with other cats could not be tested. As the only puppy in the litter, Bazil has white fur, which is marked by light brown spots around the eyes and small, cute spots on his floppy ears. Just like his siblings, Bazil was born without a tail. Due to the missing tail, he cannot be rehomed to Switzerland. His new family should be aware that Bazil still does not know what life in a loving family is like. He still needs to learn the whole puppy ABC and is yet to go through puberty. Here, he needs people who can approach him with love and patience, and might even need to attend some positive dog training classes. He will need to learn leash walking, house training, and being left alone. During puberty, he will surely test boundaries and perhaps forget some things he has learned. But once this phase is overcome, Bazil will definitely make a great lifelong partner. Bazil is microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and treated for fleas. He brings an EU pet passport and can be rehomed after a positive foster home trial. We would be very happy to have a foster home for the sweet boy! Who will give Bazil a loving forever home? Seine Geschichte: Bazil und seine Geschwister Winja, Zippi, Annegret, Bonsi und Zoe wurden mit ihren gerade einmal zwei Monaten auf der Straße aufgefunden. In der Nähe des Bahnhofs von Bistrita beobachtete der Besitzer eines naheliegenden Hauses die Welpenbande und ihre Mutter, bis er eines Tages die Jungen winseln und bellen hörte, da sie allein zurückgelassen wurden. Wir vermuten, dass die Mutter tragischerweise durch einen Zug oder Ähnliches getötet wurde und die Welpen dadurch schutzlos zurückblieben. Der rumänische Finder konnte die Mutter nirgends ausfindig machen und brachte die wehrlosen Jungen anschließend in das Shelter in Bistrita. Bei Bazil handelt es sich um ein kleines Energiebündel, das typisch für das Alter von gerade einmal zwei Monaten gerne spielt und mit seinen Geschwistern tobt. Aber auch Streicheleinheiten und der Kontakt zu Menschen wird von Bazil gerne gesehen. Mit anderen Hunden ist er gut verträglich Eine Verträglichkeit mit Katzen konnte leider nicht getestet werden. Als einziger der Welpenbande hat Bazil ein weißes Fell. Dieses wird durch hellbraune Stellen an den Augen und kleinen, niedlichen Flecken auf den Schlappohren gekennzeichnet. Genau wie seine Geschwister kam Bazil ohne Schwanz zur Welt. Aufgrund der fehlenden Rute darf er daher nicht in die Schweiz vermittelt werden. Seiner neuen Familie sollte aber bewusst sein, dass Bazil das Leben in einer liebevollen Familie noch nicht kennt. Er muss noch das ganze Welpen ABC lernen und auch die Pubertät steht ihm noch bevor. Hier braucht er Menschen, die mit viel Liebe und Geduld vorgehen, ggf. auch eine positiv arbeitende Hundeschule mit ihm besuchen und ihm das ein oder andere Missgeschick verzeihen. Leinenführung, Stubenreinheit und Alleinbleiben sind für ihn noch Fremdwörter. Während der Pubertät wird er sicherlich Grenzen testen und vielleicht schon gelernte Dinge wieder „vergessen“. Aber wenn man diese Phase erstmal gemeistert hat, wird Bazil ganz bestimmt ein toller Partner fürs Leben werden. Bazil ist gechipt, geimpft, entwurmt und entfloht. Er bringt einen EU-Heimtierausweis mit und kann nach positiver Vorkontrolle und gegen eine Schutzgebühr von 500 Euro in seine neue Familie ziehen.
