Everyone meet our next resident β¦ Bella!πβ€οΈβπ©Ή Bella originally came in to our care from the pound in an awful state mentally and psychically in 2023! She was one of the most petrified dogs who we have ever had in as well as being one of the most underweight!π After getting her used to a few volunteers and walking on lead, we found her a foster home and then later on she stayed there. We are so sad that she now needs rehoming again due to a future change in their lifestyle.π Bella has come a long way but she is still be nervous around new people and dogs. However she adapts quickly around dogs she just needs time to adapt to people!β€οΈβπ©Ή This girl is a typical lurcher in many ways, she adores her cuddles, food, zoomies and comfy beds! Sheβll do anything for some cheese!π₯° Bella walks well on head collar as this gives her confidence, she is also pretty good with her recall too! Around dogs she adores dogs her size, bigger or other sighties. She is ok with small breeds but prefers medium upwards!πΆπΎ She needs time when adapting to trust new people and new environments but it doesnβt take much. Bella just needs confident doggy people and sheβll blossom. As always full behavioural back up is offered for life!π«Άπ»β¨ She has been great when going to places to visit including with a dog sitter. Where she mixes with range of dogs and loves her walks! After socialising, youβll find her asleep on the sofa happily!πΎπΎ Bella has been mirco chipped, flead, wormed, vaccinated and spayed. She has no health issues. Bella is around 5 years old βοΈ This girl really needs a forever home, somewhere she can settle down for life!
