Belladonna is a special cat who has been struggling with kidney disease for years. Her devoted caretaker, Mrs. Iza, does everything possible to ensure her comfort and best care. Unfortunately, something happened during a routine examination that no one expected... A concerning shadow appeared in the abdominal cavity on the X-ray. The doctors feared it was a foreign body threatening her life, so they decided to perform immediate surgery. Fortunately, the alarm turned out to be false, but in the process, a small lump was discovered on the pancreas. It was removed and sent for histopathological analysis. The result was shocking: a cystadenoma - a malignant tumor. Thanks to the quick reaction, Belladonna immediately started oncological treatment under the supervision of an excellent specialist. Now she is taking medication for her kidneys as well as minimally invasive anti-cancer therapy. It was a great burden for her to recover from the surgery and take the next medications, but Bellunia bravely fought! Although she had difficult moments, she slowly regained her appetite and strength. Now she is doing quite well, but she must continue taking the medication. The treatment costs are very high - surgery, tests, consultations, medications for the kidneys and supportive cancer therapy. That is why we ask for help! Every zloty brings Belladonna closer to health and gives her a chance for a further, happy life.

Belladonna to wyjątkowa kotka, która od lat zmaga się z chorobą nerek. Jej oddana opiekunka, Pani Iza robi wszystko, aby zapewnić jej komfort i najlepszą opiekę. Niestety, podczas rutynowego badania wydarzyło się coś, czego nikt się nie spodziewał… Na zdjęciu RTG pojawił się niepokojący cień w jamie brzusznej. Lekarze obawiali się, że to ciało obce zagrażające życiu, więc podjęto decyzję o natychmiastowej operacji. Na szczęście alarm okazał się fałszywy, ale przy okazji odkryto mały guzek na trzustce. Został usunięty i wysłany do badania histopatologicznego. Wynik był druzgocący: gruczolakorak – nowotwór złośliwy. Dzięki szybkiej reakcji Belladonna natychmiast rozpoczęła leczenie onkologiczne pod opieką wspaniałej specjalistki. Teraz przyjmuje leki zarówno na nerki, jak i terapię przeciwnowotworową w wersji małoinwazyjnej. Było to dla niej ogromne obciążenie, by dojść do siebie po zabiegu i przyjmować kolejne leki, ale Bellunia dzielnie walczy! Choć miała trudne chwile, powoli odzyskuje apetyt i siły. Teraz ma się już całkiem nieźle, ale leki musi przyjmować dalej. Koszty leczenia są bardzo wysokie – operacja, badania, konsultacje, leki na nerki i wspierającą terapię onkologiczną.
