Description Our animal welfare workers report: Benji was born with his siblings (Medo, Linnea, Valea, Tonya) on an abandoned farm. No safe place, no soft dog bed. Fortunately, they were discovered by our animal rescuer and brought to safety. His mother has since been spayed, and his father is rather shy. Both are no more than 50 cm tall, and Benji is expected to grow up to be medium-sized. Benji is currently the quieter one among the siblings. He doesn't push himself forward, first observes, and is somewhat reserved towards people. But inside him lies a gentle, sweet little guy. After a short while, he thawed and wanted to play. Especially touching: He naturally and calmly lay down next to the cat and sought its closeness—without excitement, just quietly and kindly. This shows how sensitive he is. He is already familiar with cats and is also compatible with other dogs. But a kennel is no place for a puppy to grow up. Benji urgently needs a real home—with stable trusted people, everyday sounds, patience, and closeness. He must be allowed to learn that the world is safe and that he can let his guard down. Beschreibung Unsere Tierschützer berichten: Benji wurde mit seinen Geschwistern (Medo, Linnea, Valea, Tonya) in einem verlassenen Hof geboren. Kein geschützter Ort, kein weiches Körbchen. Zum Glück wurden sie von unserer Tierschützerin entdeckt und in Sicherheit gebracht. Seine Mama ist inzwischen kastriert, der Papa noch eher schüchtern. Beide sind maximal 50 cm groß, Benji wird vermutlich einmal mittelgroß werden.Benji ist derzeit der etwas ruhigere unter den Geschwistern. Er drängt sich nicht in den Vordergrund, beobachtet erst einmal und ist Menschen gegenüber noch etwas zurückhaltend. Doch in ihm steckt ein sanfter, lieber kleiner Kerl. Nach kurzer Zeit taute er auch auf und wollte spielen.Besonders berührend: Er hat sich ganz selbstverständlich ruhig zur Katze gelegt und ihre Nähe gesucht – ohne Aufregung, einfach still und freundlich. Das zeigt, wie feinfühlig er ist. Katzen kennt er also bereits, auch mit anderen Hunden ist er verträglich.Aber ein Zwinger ist kein Ort, an dem ein Hund groß werden sollte. Benji braucht dringend ein richtiges Zuhause – mit festen Bezugspersonen, Alltagsgeräuschen, Geduld und Nähe. Er muss lernen dürfen, dass die Welt sicher ist und dass er sich fallen lassen darf.
