09-09-26 Berry Pie is a sweet little girl who was brought into our care as part of a litter seized by the local police as they were living in poor conditions. She is a lovely, friendly pup who enjoys being around people and is happy to receive fuss and attention. As a young puppy, Berry Pie is lively and playful and will need plenty of playtime, enrichment and training as she grows. She is good with other dogs and could live with another suitable dog, although she could also be happy as an only dog with adopters who are around to give her plenty of company. She will need all the usual puppy training, including house training and learning to walk nicely on a lead. Her new family should be prepared for the time, patience and consistency that puppy training requires, and puppy classes would be a great way for her to learn and socialise with other dogs and people. Berry Pie is gentle and easy to handle and could live with older, sensible children who are used to dogs. As with all puppies, she will need continued socialisation and guidance to help her learn how to behave appropriately and grow into a happy, well-mannered adult. She will need to be spayed when she is old enough, and her adopters will need to agree to this as part of her adoption. Berry Pie is a lovely little pup who has plenty of growing and learning ahead of her, and we hope she finds a family who will give her all the love, patience and guidance she needs. This dog can be homed with a resident dog.
