adoption requirements adoption process Now request this animal! adoption requirements adoption process Bine has found a home! His story: Attention, attention! We want to introduce you to a particularly sweet White-Gang. Their members are named Kiwi, Bine, Struffi, and Luna, and they are all sweet puppies looking for a nice home. The cute foursome were found abandoned and left alone, and thanks to our Romanian colleagues, they were saved from certain death. The fourth one, who wants to introduce herself, is Bine. Unlike his sisters, he is snow-white and almost blinds with his beauty. Otherwise, he is also playful and open-minded and loves to cuddle. He also gets along super well with his fellow animals. Currently, he is 5 months old and weighs around 16 kg at a height of 51 cm. We assume he will be medium-sized when fully grown. Soon, Bine's puberty will begin. During this time, he will test his owners and push their boundaries. He is looking for someone who can stand by him during this hormone chaos and provide the necessary understanding and support so that he can grow into a great dog. Positive reinforcement training and loving consequences will help get through this time well and emerge as a strong team. For Bine would never deliberately annoy you. He can often do nothing for his behavior during this tumultuous time and hopes that you will always stand behind him during this difficult time. Living children in the household should already be older to understand the new companion and not misunderstand. Surely it would be time now to make new friends in dog training classes and finally "learn something" – maybe with you? He is eager to learn the dog ABC and form new friendships. Bine will be microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and treated for fleas in his new home. Of course, he will also bring his EU pet passport. Against an adoption fee of 500 Euros and only after a positive Franzi, you gave Bine his sweet name. Status: 22.05.

Vielen Dank Franzi! Du hast Bine seinen süßen Namen geschenkt. Stand: 22.05.2024

About Bine

What life with Bine looks like

Bine is a puppy/kitten mixed breed dog waiting at Ein Herz für Streuner e.V. in München.

Puppies need routine, gentle socialization, and roughly two short outings a day for the first year. The first six months are the formative window — house-training, leash work, and quiet exposure to traffic, other dogs, and unfamiliar people happen now or not at all. Expect early-morning wake-ups and a few months of chewing.

🇩🇪Adopting from Germany

German rescues typically require an in-person home visit (Vorkontrolle) or detailed video home check before approving adoption. Animals leave the shelter sterilized, microchipped, and with a valid EU pet passport. Adoption fees usually fall between €250 and €450, covering veterinary preparation.

Frequently asked

Adopting Bine, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Bine?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Ein Herz für Streuner e.V. handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Bine on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Bine if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Ein Herz für Streuner e.V. will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Bine already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Bine isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Ein Herz für Streuner e.V. early rather than rehoming privately; they know Bine and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (DE). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
