UPDATE: Bono was briefly adopted, but unfortunately the new owner had to return him. The other dogs were doing well, but regrettably, a biting incident occurred. If you have any questions about this, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll be happy to provide a detailed explanation of what happened. We also suspect that Bono is in pain and therefore doesn’t like being touched on his paws or belly. Meet our senior BONO: Sadly, at his age, he’s ended up back at the shelter. His owner has unfortunately passed away, and no one else could take care of him. And now, in this warm and blessed stage of his life, Bono is back at the shelter where he once stayed before. He still walks well and loves to stroll around. He’s not a difficult dog at all, but he does make it very clear what he wants—and what he really doesn’t like. It’s all very straightforward and easy; you’ll understand him right away. It will take some time for him to adjust to a new home with different routines again, but we sincerely hope that somewhere out there, someone will open their heart and home to give this dog a loving place to call their own. UPDATE: Bono is eventjes geadopteerd geweest maar helaas heeft de nieuwe eigenaar hem toch moeten terug brengen. Het ging goed met de andere honden maar helaas heeft er zich een bijt acccident voor gedaan. Indien er vragen over zijn, gelieve ons dan te informeren en dan kunnen we de correcte uitleg geven over het voorval. We vermoeden ook wel dat Bono pijn heeft en daardoor niet aangeraakt wil worden aan zijn poten of buik. Ontmoet onze senior BONO : Spijtig moet hij op zijn leeftijd nog in het asiel belanden. Zijn baasje is helaas overleden en niemand anders kon zich ontfermen over hem. En nu zit Bono bij deze warmte en gezegende leeftijd terug in het asiel waar hij vroeger nog eens verbleven heeft. Hij wandelt nog steeds goed en graag. Hij is helemaal geen moeilijke hond maar hij laat wel goed weten wat hij wil en wat hij echt niet graag heeft. Heel duidelijk en gemakkelijk, je begrijpt hem meteen. Het zal wel even aanpassen zijn voor hem om weer een nieuwe thuis te hebben met weeral andere afspraken maar we hopen uit de grond van ons hart dat er ergens iemand is die deze hond een plaats wil geven in zijn/haar hart en huis.
