Borys arrived at our shelter on April 19, 2026, having wandered around Gdynia near Zielona Street. When he came to us, he was neglected and struggling with ear infections. Today, he is healthy, regained his strength, and is ready to start a new chapter in his life. He is a large, confident dog who doesn't quite handle emotions well at the shelter. He gets easily excited and has difficulty calming down. Borys needs an owner who understands his needs and is willing to dedicate time to work on his emotional issues. In interactions with other dogs, he accepts confident female dogs but may try to dominate more submissive ones, so choosing the right canine companion will be very important. We are looking for a conscious, patient, and consistent home for Borys, one that has the desire and knowledge to help him find peace and a sense of security. Due to his temperament, we do not recommend him for homes with young children. Inside this big body is a dog who deserves a chance. Maybe you will be the one to show Borys that life can be good? Borys trafił do naszego schroniska 19 kwietnia 2026 roku, błąkał się po Gdyni, w okolicach ulicy Zielonej. Kiedy do nas przyjechał, był zaniedbany i zmagał się z chorymi uszami. Dziś jest już zdrowy, odzyskał siły i jest gotowy, by rozpocząć nowy rozdział swojego życia. To duży, pewny siebie pies, który w schroniskowej rzeczywistości nie do końca radzi sobie z emocjami. Bardzo szybko się nakręca, a wyciszenie przychodzi mu z trudem. Borys potrzebuje opiekuna, który zrozumie jego potrzeby i będzie gotowy poświęcić czas na pracę nad jego emocjami. W kontaktach z innymi psami akceptuje pewne siebie suczki. Wobec bardziej uległych potrafi próbować dominować, dlatego odpowiedni dobór psiego towarzystwa będzie bardzo ważny.
