Bugsy is a small fighter, one who doesn't give up and makes the best of the situation. At 15 years old, he is happy on his feet, whether it's on a walk or exploring the outdoors with the dog group. He enjoys people, is easy to carry and also brush, but can get upset at the vet. Due to an enlarged prostate, he has had a chemical castration, since then he marks much less. Indoors he wears a diaper, which is no problem for him at all. Bugsy is attentive, corruptible, curious and likes to assert his will. A lovable old dog who is so urgently looking for a quiet place. Also as a foster home, then he can continue to come to us for the upcoming veterinary examinations/treatments. Female dogs and castrated males are no problem in the new home, only stairs he can no longer walk alone.

Ursprünglich wurde Bugsy mit seiner Hundefreundin abgegeben und hatte auch eine Pflegestelle gefunden. Nach dem Tod seiner Hundefreundin wurde der kleine Opi aufgrund seiner Unsauberkeit aber wieder im Tierheim abgegeben. Bugsy ist ein kleiner Kämpfer, einer der nicht aufgibt und das Beste aus der Situation macht. So ist er auch mit 15 Jahren gerne auf den Beinen, sei es bei einem Spaziergang oder mit der Hundegruppe die Ausläufe zu erkunden. Er freut sich über Menschen, lässt sich gut tragen und auch bürsten, nur beim Tierarzt kann er dann doch mal ungehalten werden. Aufgrund einer Prostatavergrößerung hat er eine chemische Kastration bekommen, seither markiert er deutlich weniger. Indoor trägt er bei uns Windel, das ist für ihn überhaupt kein Problem. Bugsy ist aufmerksam, bestechlich, neugierig und setzt gerne mal seinen Willen durch. Ein liebenswerter Opi, der so dringend ein ruhiges Plätzchen sucht. Gerne auch als Pflegestelle, dann kann er zur anstehenden tierärztlichen Untersuchungen/Behandlungen gerne weiterhin zu uns kommen. Hündinnen und kastrierte Rüden sind im neuen Zuhause kein Problem, nur Treppen kann er nicht mehr alleine laufen.
