This five-year-old male pit bull is at the Perrera Calvià for a year and a half now. Far too long a time – and yet he has not yet lost his confidence. Candem has built up a great relationship of trust with the perreros and is always friendly towards other people and very quick to open up. He loves being together with people he knows and really blossoms in such moments. Ball games and spending time together make him really happy. And water – he really loves that too ☺️. Unfortunately, there are far too few of these moments and so Candem, like everyone else, spends most of his time waiting 😢. Candem is a very active male dog who loves to move around and who hasn’t really had much training due to his previous history. He therefore needs experienced people – people who are willing to work with him. He still has to learn the basics of being a dog – but he is willing and able to do so, as he is a really smart little guy. He definitely doesn’t like cats and with dogs, as often, it’s all about chemistry. But mostly he reacts in a friendly and open-minded way. Outside the perrera, he is also a different and much more balanced dog – just like all the other perrera and shelter dogs. He just needs his chance at last. Candem – is a really great and impressive guy and he wants to finally be allowed to arrive in a family of his own. Any children should be older, stable and absolutely dog-friendly. Candem can be met at the Perrera Calvia at any time by prior arrangement.
