Hello… I am Canela. I am 2 years old, and although it wasn't in my plans, I find myself once again searching for a home. It wasn't my fault—I did my part—but sometimes life changes, and cats like me have to start over. I am a Ragdoll cat, which is a fancy way of saying I am soft on the outside and even softer on the inside. My breed is known for being calm, affectionate, and very loving without being intrusive. They say we are "teddy bears" because we relax so much in your arms that we seem to melt. I confirm the rumor. They describe me as good, docile, and very sweet, and the truth is… I won't argue with that. I love it when you speak softly to me, stroke my head, and give me a warm spot to sleep without worries. I am not one for chaos or epic mischief: I am more about calm company, watching the world from the window, and making you feel like the house is fuller… but in a peaceful way. Hola… yo soy Canela. Tengo 2 añitos y, aunque no estaba en mis planes, me he visto otra vez en la situación de buscar un hogar. No ha sido culpa mía —yo he puesto todo de mi parte—, pero a veces la vida cambia y los gatos como yo tenemos que empezar de nuevo. Soy una gata Ragdoll, que es una forma fina de decir que soy suave por fuera y aún más suave por dentro. Los de mi raza somos tranquilos, cariñosos y muy de estar cerca sin molestar. Dicen que somos “muñecos de trapo” porque nos relajamos tanto en brazos que parecemos derretirnos. Yo confirmo el rumor. Me describen como buena, dócil y muy dulce, y la verdad… no voy a llevarles la contraria. Me encanta que me hablen bajito, que me acaricien la cabeza y tener un sitio calentito donde dormir sin preocupaciones. No soy de líos ni de travesuras épicas: soy más de compañía tranquila, de mirar por la ventana y de hacerte sentir que la casa está más llena… pero de calma.
