Cäsar kwam als puppy uit een van de openbare dierenasielen en is nog steeds erg knuffelig en mensgericht. De kleine pup is inmiddels een vriendelijk jong mannetje geworden. Als hij aandacht krijgt, wil hij graag tegen mensen aankruipen om te knuffelen. Hij is ook speels en nieuwsgierig. Hij kan heel goed overweg met andere honden en heeft geen interesse in ruzie. Hij zoekt een thuis met liefdevolle en geduldige mensen die hem rustig alles leren.
