Update 3/16/2026: Schmusi has moved to a new home. Wild and affectionate trio Now only 3 of the original 6 farm cats remain, who had to leave because they were suddenly no longer wanted. By now, they are no longer the "wild" ones; instead, they greatly appreciate the cozy spots in their current foster home. The only thing missing for them is outdoor access. Their dream home: People who can offer them a place with outdoor access and don’t expect too much, as they won’t become 100% lap cats, but they do make daily progress. In their foster home, they show curiosity, are very present, enjoy cuddles depending on their mood, and love treats. The three are: Smooth-Booth, called Schmusi, female cat, tortoiseshell. Kasper, male cat, black. Cassiopeia, called Cassi, female cat, tricolor. All three get along great and snuggle together. When Kasper has his 5 minutes of non-stop purring, there’s a "marital spat" between Cassi and him. She growls and yells at him, saying, “Shut up, now!!!” Then both dash through the room, but neither knows who is chasing whom. Update 16.3.2026: Schmusi ist in ein neues Zuhause gezogen. Wild-zutrauliches Dreiergespann Jetzt sind es nur noch 3 von den ursprünglich 6 Bauernhofkatzen, die wegmussten weil sie plötzlich nicht mehr erwünscht waren. Inzwischen sind sie nicht mehr die „Wilden“, sondern sie wissen das warme Plätzchen in ihrer aktuellen Pflegestelle sehr zu schätzen. Das einzige, was ihnen fehlt ist der Freigang. Ihr Wunsch-Zuhause: Menschen, die ihnen eine Bleibe mit Freigang bieten und nicht allzu viel erwarten, denn 100 % Kuschelkatzen werden sie nicht, machen aber tägliche Fortschritte. In ihrer Pflegestelle zeigen sie sich neugierig, sind sehr präsent, genießen je nach Laune die ihnen angebotenen Streicheleinheiten und lieben Leckerchen. Die 3 sind: Smooth-Booth, genannt Schmusi, Katze, Schildpatt. Kasper, Kater, Schwarz. Cassiopeia, genannt Cassi, Katze, Tricolor. Alle 3 verstehen sich super und kuscheln zusammen. Wenn Kasper seine 5 Minuten hat, in denen er pausenlos sabbelt, gibt es „Ehekrach“ zwischen Cassi und ihm. Sie faucht und schreit ihn an nach dem Motto „Klappe halten, jetzt!!!“. Danach flitzen beide durch die Stube, aber wer wen jagt, das wissen sie dann selbst nicht mehr.
