Manage stock flow, merchandising and pricing to maximise revenue and deliver a great shopping experience. Recruit, train and support volunteers, ensuring they feel valued and confident in their roles. Oversee cash handling, daily banking, and financial controls to ensure accuracy and compliance. Deliver excellent customer service — both on the shop floor and behind the scenes. Ensure the shop is safe, clean and welcoming for customers, volunteers, dogs, and visitors. Represent Hope Rescue in the local community, building relationships to encourage donations and support. An enthusiastic retail professional (charity shop experience welcome but not essential).
