Hello, you two-legged friends—I’m the cuddly Charly! I’m a real snuggle cat and absolutely love every bit of attention I can get. My caregivers bring a smile to my face every day with my charming personality—after all, I know exactly how to earn myself a few extra pettings. Cuddling, relaxing, and enjoying the closeness of my people are among my favorite pastimes. For my new home, I’d love a calm household where I can settle in at my own pace. It would be perfect if my humans had plenty of time for me—maybe you’re already looking for a quieter lifestyle yourself and could imagine spending many cozy hours together with me. However, I’d prefer a home without children, as I’m quite sensitive to stress and thrive best in a relaxed and peaceful daily routine. I can easily picture living in an apartment with a secure balcony or garden, but I’d also be happy with outdoor access in a low-traffic, rural area. Since I’m already one of the older velvet paws, I come with a little health package too. I have hyperthyroidism and carry a few extra pounds. That’s why it’s important that I take my medication regularly and that my weight is kept under careful watch. But no problem at all—taking my pills is totally stress-free for me. Of course, my caregivers will explain everything to you in detail and will be there to answer any questions you might have. Hallo ihr Zweibeiner, ich bin der verkuschelte Charly! Ich bin ein echter Schmusekater und genieße jede Aufmerksamkeit, die ich bekommen kann. Meine Pfleger bringen mich mit meiner charmanten Art täglich zum Schmunzeln - ich weiß eben ganz genau, wie ich mir die ein oder andere Streicheleinheit abhole. Kuscheln, entspannen und die Nähe meiner Menschen genießen gehören zu meinen liebsten Beschäftigungen. Für mein neues Zuhause wünsche ich mir einen ruhigen Haushalt, in dem ich in meinem eigenen Tempo ankommen darf. Am schönsten wäre es, wenn meine Menschen viel Zeit für mich hätten – vielleicht seid ihr selbst schon etwas ruhiger unterwegs und könnt euch vorstellen, gemeinsam mit mir viele gemütliche Stunden zu verbringen. Allerdings wünsche ich mir ein Zuhause ohne Kinder, ich bin nämlich recht stressanfällig und bevorzuge einen entschleunigten & ruhigen Alltag. Wohnungshaltung mit gesichertem Balkon/Garten kann ich mir gut vorstellen, aber auch Freigang in einer verkehrsarmen & ländlichen Umgebung wäre für mich denkbar. Da ich bereits zu den älteren Samtpfoten gehöre, bringe ich auch ein kleines Gesundheitspäckchen mit. Ich leide an einer Schilddrüsenüberfunktion und habe ein paar Kilo zu viel auf den Rippen. Deshalb ist es wichtig, dass ich regelmäßig meine Medikamente bekomme und ein wenig auf mein Gewicht geachtet wird. Das klappt aber problemlos, denn ich nehme meine Tabletten ganz entspannt ein. Meine Pfleger erklären euch natürlich alles ganz genau und stehen euch bei Fragen jederzeit zur Seite.
