Chayenne, born 05.04.2020 and Zara, born 16.06.2020, kittens, neutered, suitable for apartment living The two friends Chayenne und Zara came to us because of their owners' allergy. Both show themselves to be shy but approachable and friendly at the animal shelter. Chayenne has a blind spot on her right eye, which does not further hinder her. The two beautiful ladies unfortunately have FORL, a degenerative dental disease. Chayenne's condition is worse than Zara's. One must regularly check their teeth and watch for signs of pain, such as refusing to eat or avoiding hard food like dry kibble. If needed, pain medication must be administered or teeth surgically removed. Chayenne und Zara can eat normally and currently have no pain. They are looking for a new, quieter home where they can live as indoor cats with a secure balcony or similar.

Chayenne, geb. 05.04.2020 und Zara, geb. 16.06.2020, Kätzinnen, kastriert, Wohnungshaltung Die beiden Freundinnen Chayenne und Zara kamen wegen einer Allergie ihrer Besitzer zu uns. Beide zeigen sich im Tierheim als schüchtern aber zugänglich und menschenfreundlich. Chayenne hat einen blinden Fleck auf dem rechten Auge, der sie aber nicht weiter behindert. Die zwei hübschen Damen haben leider FORL, eine degenerative Erkrankung der Zähne. Bei Chayenne ist es schlimmer als be iZara. Man muss bei beiden die Zähne regelmäßig kontrollieren und auf Anzeichen für Schmerzen, z.B.der Weigerung zu essen oder das Meiden von fester Nahrung wie Trockenfutter, achten. Bei Bedarf müssen Schmerzmittel verabreicht oder Zähne operativ entfernt werden. Chayenne und Zara können ganz normal fressen und haben momentan keine Schmerzen. Sie suchen ein neues, ruhigeres Zuhause, wo sie auf Dauer als Wohnungskatzen mit gesichertem Balkon oder Ähnlichem leben dürfen.
