However, Chicco and Lenny were taken by their owner to the Golesti killing facility—a nightmare beyond imagination. A animal welfare activist rescued Chicco and Lenny from the hell of Golesti. Today, Chicco lives in a private shelter, part of a small pack. Chicco proves to be friendly, curious, and well-suited to social interactions. A warm, cozy bed would now be pure bliss for him! The assessments of these dogs reflect their current, familiar living environment—meaning they’re evaluated in their usual surroundings, with familiar caregivers and within their existing pack. We can’t predict—or only partially predict—how a dog will behave in the future, especially after moving to a new home. Each animal is an individual; it will change and continue to develop over time. Eine Tierschützerin holte Chicco und Lenny aus der Hölle Golesti. Nun lebt Chicco in einem privaten Shelter, in einem kleinen Rudel. Chicco zeigt sich als freundlich, neugierig und sozialverträglich. Ein warmes Körbchen wäre jetzt das totale Glück! Die Einschätzungen der Hunde beziehen sich auf den aktuellen, gewohnten Aufenthaltsort, also im gewohnten Umfeld mit bekannten Betreuern, im vorhandenem Rudel. Wie ein Hund sich in der Zukunft, vor allem nach einem Umzug in ein neues Zuhause zeigen wird, können wir nicht bzw nur bedingt voraussagen. Jedes Tier ist ein Individuum, wird sich verändern und weiterentwickeln.
