His story: The approximately 8-month-old tomcat Chico currently lives on a foster home and enchants there with his friendly and clingy nature. He was found by animal protectors in the region of Huedin after being abandoned. Despite this difficult start in life, Chico is a very open, well-socialized, and people-oriented tomcat who clearly enjoys the company of his trusted people. Chico gets along very well with other cats and therefore needs a fellow animal by his side. As a single cat, he would not be happy, as he greatly values playing and cuddling together. Whether he gets along with dogs is not yet known. For his future home, Chico wishes a safe and quiet environment. A free roam is not necessary, but can bring additional joy – in a suitably protected environment and after adequate settling in. Chico is a loving little tomcat who gives his person a lot of affection and longs for a permanent home where he can finally belong. Whoever gives him this chance wins a loyal companion for life. For his travel arrangements, like all our cats and tomcats, Chico is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and flea-treated. He has already tested negative for FIV and FeLV and an EU pet passport is packed into his travel bag. This cat needs outdoor access.

Seine Geschichte: Der etwa 8 Monate alte Kater Chico lebt derzeit auf einer Pflegestelle und verzaubert dort mit seinem freundlichen und anhänglichen Wesen. Gefunden wurde er von Tierschützern in der Region Huedin, nachdem er ausgesetzt worden war. Trotz dieses schwierigen Starts ins Leben ist Chico ein sehr offener, verschmuster und menschenbezogener Kater, der die Nähe zu seinen Bezugspersonen sichtlich genießt. Mit anderen Katzen versteht sich Chico sehr gut und braucht daher unbedingt einen Artgenossen an seiner Seite. Als Einzelkatze wäre er nicht glücklich, da er das gemeinsame Spielen und Kuscheln sehr schätzt. Ob er sich mit Hunden versteht, ist bisher nicht bekannt. Für sein zukünftiges Zuhause wünscht sich Chico eine sichere und ruhige Umgebung. Freigang ist kein Muss, kann ihm aber – in einer entsprechend geschützten Umgebung und nach ausreichender Eingewöhnung – zusätzlich Freude bereiten. Chico ist ein liebevoller kleiner Kater, der seinem Menschen viel Zuneigung schenkt und sich nach einem festen Zuhause sehnt, in dem er endlich ankommen darf. Wer ihm diese Chance gibt, gewinnt einen treuen Begleiter fürs Leben. Bei seiner Ausreise ist Chico, wie all unsere Katzen und Kater, kastriert, gechippt, geimpft, entwurmt und entfloht. Auf FIV und FeLV wurde er bereits negativ getestet und einen EU-Heimtierausweis packt er ebenfalls ins Köfferchen.
