Hello, my name is Chimny. I am 14 years old, and I am a big, very gentle, calm, and composed cat. My favorite activity? Sleeping. Just after that: meowing to chat with my family. I love being around humans: I follow you from room to room, settle not far from you, and if you agree, I might even take a few naps on your lap. I am well-behaved, clean, and know how to live indoors. On the topic of treats, let me be honest: wet food is my greatest joy. We take good care of me with a lifelong renal diet to ease my kidneys and help me stay in the best shape possible. I also have a heart murmur, but it doesn't stop me from being a wonderful companion. I have chronic gingivitis; a dental cleaning was done to improve my daily life. I am looking for a gentle, calm, and loving family ready to offer a soft, welcoming lap and some time to share quiet moments together. I don't need much, just presence and affection. An important note from the heart: I am an older cat, and even though I don't have major health issues today, adopting a senior comes with the potential for veterinary expenses related to age. Bonjour, moi c’est Chimny, J’ai 14 ans, et je suis un grand chat très gentil, calme et posé. Mon activité préférée ? Dormir. Juste après : miauler pour discuter avec ma famille. J’aime être près des humains : je vous suis de pièce en pièce, je m’installe non loin de vous, et si vous êtes d’accord, je fais aussi quelques siestes sur les genoux. Je suis sage, propre, et je sais parfaitement vivre en intérieur. Côté gourmandise, je ne vais pas vous mentir : la pâtée c’est mon grand bonheur. On prend soin de moi avec une alimentation rénale à poursuivre à vie, simplement pour soulager mes reins et m’aider à rester en forme le plus longtemps possible. J'ai également un souffle au cœur, mais cela ne m'empêche pas d'être un super compagnon. j'ai une gingivite chronique, un détartrage a été effectué afin d'améliorer mon quotidien. Je cherche une famille douce, calme et aimante, prête à offrir un panier moelleux, des genoux accueillants et un peu de temps pour partager des moments tranquilles ensemble. Je n’ai pas besoin de beaucoup, juste de présence et d’affection. Petit mot important, dit avec le cœur : Je suis un chat âgé, et même si je n’ai pas de problème de santé majeur aujourd’hui, adopter un senior implique d’anticiper des frais vétérinaires potentiels liés à l’âge.
