Because although he currently lives with 4 other cats, when a new individual appears on DT, Chip behaves typically cat territorial. Unfortunately, he is not a mouser... He is the quintessence of a cat in a cat, if he doesn't want contact, he will avoid and won't even be petted. However, when he is hungry, he will rub against and act like a clingy.
