Deze mooie dame werd vermoedelijk gedumpt en troffen we aan onder de vlooien en zoekende naar iets eetbaars. Ze werd gesteriliseerd en even in opvang genomen om te kijken of ze te socialiseren was. Dit bleek helemaal het geval te zijn. Het vroeg niet veel tijd om haar terug te laten genieten van menselijke affectie. Intussen is Christa helemaal getransformeerd tot een spelende, knuffelende pluizenbol die graag geaaid wordt. Ze kan dan helemaal in overdrive geraken en weet bijna geen blijf meer met zichzelf van enthousiasme. Dit echter enkel bij personen die ze kent én in een vertrouwde omgeving. Bij onbekende mensen houdt ze afstand en zal ze opnieuw tijd nodig heb om te ontdooien. We plaatsen haar dan ook liever niet bij kinderen want ze houdt absoluut niet van drukte. Andere katten vindt ze wél erg leuk! Liefst zou ze dus in een rustige thuis terecht komen waar reeds een sociaal, speels soortgenootje aanwezig is die met haar wil rollebollen én haar toont dat de omgeving veilig is. Wie kan deze prachtige dame een perfecte thuis bieden? Alle katten zijn ontvlooid, ontwormd, gevaccineerd, gesteriliseerd, gechipt en geregistreerd. Christa is getest op aids en leucose en testte negatief. We vragen de gebruikelijke tussenkomst in de dierenartskosten van 180 euro per kat bij één vaccin en 200 euro wanneer beide vaccinaties al gegeven werden. Adoptieprocedure: Er wordt eerst telefonisch nagegaan of er een goede match kan zijn tussen jou en de kat, nadien kan een afspraak gemaakt worden voor een bezoekje zodat jullie met elkaar kunnen kennis maken. Bij adoptie wordt een adoptiecontract getekend en de adoptiebijdrage wordt betaald bij het afhalen van de kat. Iedere kat vertrekt met een Europees paspoort.
