He arrived at the shelter in April 2025, was amputated of his left hind leg, and was returned to his caregivers but returned in February 2026. After a difficult start, Claudius is now looking for a forever family. This sweet cat is calm, loves cuddles, and gets along well with other cats. I would like to adopt Claudius! Please review our adoption process here. Claudius is FIV positive. He is not sick: the virus in his body is dormant and can remain so for a long time.
