Imagine living your whole life without ever experiencing a single smile, a gram of love or compassion, no one ever hugged you, praised you... 🥺 This was the life of Conan before he came to the animal shelter. 💔 A place that is a nightmare for many, turned out to be a salvation for him. Despite being very hurt by people, he still knows how to enjoy. It's safe to say he has plenty of energy, so every walk is a valuable lesson for him in controlling his emotions. Due to his explosive character, he was initially underestimated, but constant work with him and the motivation of volunteers showed that he is a wonderful dog, just like any other resident of the animal shelter needs to be petted and hugged. It's hard to believe that a dog who not long ago didn't pay attention to humans and just pulled forward (and he definitely has the strength) can now stop, sniff a flower, and eat a sausage. Conan yearns for human contact - it's visible when he approaches and wants to be hugged or get a proper scratch. ❤️ However, despite great progress, the road ahead for his new owner is long and requires countless hours of work. Therefore, for our ward, we are looking for an experienced guide, with knowledge about behavioral issues, as well as familiarity with the breed. Conan gets along with other dogs - he will certainly fit in a group of other dogs, such as huskies. 🐺 Conan is definitely not a good choice as a first husky, nor for a home with cats and children.

Wyobraź sobie, że przez całe życie nie zaznałeś/aś ani jednego uśmiechu, grama miłości czy współczucia, nikt nigdy Cię nie przytulił, nie pochwalił… 🥺 Takie właśnie życie miał Conan zanim trafił do schroniska. 💔 Miejsce, które dla wielu jest koszmarem, dla niego okazało się wybawieniem. Pomimo, że Conan został bardzo skrzywdzony przez ludzi, nadal potrafi się cieszyć. Śmiało można powiedzieć, że ma aż nadto energii, dlatego każdy spacer to cenna lekcja dla niego, jak panować nad emocjami. Przez swój wybuchowy charakter został na początku niedoceniony, jednak ciągła praca z nim i motywacja wolontariuszy pokazały, że jest cudownym psem, który tak samo jak każdy inny mieszkaniec schroniska potrzebuje, żeby go pogłaskać i przytulić. Aż ciężko uwierzyć, że pies, który jakiś czas temu nie zwracał uwagi na człowieka i tylko ciągnął przed siebie (a siły również mu nie brakuje) potrafi się zatrzymać, powąchać kwiatek i zjeść parówkę. Conan łaknie kontaktu z człowiekiem - widać to gdy podchodzi i pragnie się przytulić lub otrzymać porządne głaski. ❤️ Jednak mimo ogromnych postępów, przed nowym właścicielem długa droga i niezliczone godziny pracy. Dlatego dla naszego podopiecznego poszukujemy doświadczonego przewodnika, z wiedzą na temat problemów behawiorystycznych, jak i samą znajomością rasy. Conan dogaduje się z innymi psami -z pewnością dogada się w stadzie innych psów, np. północniaków. 🐺 Conan na pewno nie jest dobrym wyborem na pierwszego psa rasy północnej, ani do domu z kotami i dziećmi.
