Adopted through the animal shelter, May 2026 Animal Shelter Tenerife (Sabine): Input March 30, 2026: Cooper...what a cutie! Brave, cheerful and always ready for a cuddle or a game. He loves toys and when you throw a ball he happily jumps after it! Returning, that's still a bit too early to see the benefit but he comes back on his own very quickly to get his treat. That ball...you have to go and get it yourself to throw it again. We will continue training this a bit more, but it's already a nice start and keeps us (and Cooper) busy. Cooper was born with us when his mother Kaneeltje was found heavily pregnant. So he is growing up safely with his mama and siblings, well raised among the dogs but also enjoying the love and attention from people. A perfect start to be able to explore the world further later with his own person, and maybe even another dog companion in the house! Until then, Kaneeltje and we will enjoy him while guiding him towards more adventures. Once this lovely boy has had all his vaccinations, he can join the daily walks and also run freely in our safe enclosed off-lead area with other companions. That will definitely be a success and a lot of fun! For now, he enjoys their patio where they have both indoor and outdoor space and also a sandy area where he likes to sniff around and often takes a siesta in the sunshine with the rest. Cooper should be able to travel to his golden bed and his own family around mid-May to continue growing and enjoying himself, but we wanted to introduce him anyway. Soon more photos and videos because these little ones grow every day! Cooper's mother, Kaneeltje, is about 48cm tall. We estimate that her puppies will also stay around that height as adults, 50-55cm.

Geadopteerd via het asiel, mei 2026 Asiel Tenerife (Sabine): Input 30 maart 2026: Cooper...wat een snoepje! Dapper, vrolijk en altijd klaar voor een knuffel of een spelletje. Hij is dol op speeltjes en als je een balletje gooit huppelt hij er vrolijk achteraan! Terug brengen, daar is het nog iets te vroeg voor om het nut er voor in te zien maar hij komt zelf wel heel snel terug om zijn snoepje te halen. Dat balletje...dat moet je zelf dan weer even halen om opnieuw weg te gooien. We gaan dit nog even verder trainen, maar het is al een leuk begin zo en het houd ons bezig (en Cooper ook!). Cooper werd bij ons geboren toen zijn moeder Kaneeltje hoogzwanger werd gevonden. Hij groeit dus veilig bij zijn mama en broertjes en zusjes op, wordt goed opgevoed onder de honden maar geniet ook van de liefde en aandacht van de mensen. Een perfect begin om straks de wereld verder te kunnen gaan ontdekken samen met een eigen mens, en wie weet zelfs een ander hondenmaatje in huis! Tot dan gaan Kaneeltje en wij hier nog even verder met van hem genieten terwijl we hem begeleiden naar steeds meer avonturen. Zodra dit leuk ventje al zijn inentingen heeft gehad mag hij straks mee met de dagelijkse wandelingen en ook los in onze veilige omheinde losloopweide met andere maatjes. Dat wordt zeker een succes en grote lol!Voor nu geniet hij al graag van hun patio waar ze zowel binnen als buitenruimte hebben en ook een stuk met zand waar hij graag rond snuffelt en ook vaak een siësta houd in het zonnetje met de rest.Cooper zou rond midden mei mogen reizen naar zijn gouden mandje en eigen gezin om verder te groeien en genieten maar we wilden hem toch al voorstellen. Binnenkort meer foto’s en filmpjes want deze kleintjes groeien met de dag!Cooper zijn moeder, Kaneeltje, is rond de 48cm klein. We schatten dat haar kleintjes ook volwassen rond die hoogte zullen blijven, 50-55cm.
