Curry is one of the thirty dogs seized during an intervention in Kicin. He arrived at our shelter from a place where he had no relationship with humans, no walks, no rules, or daily routines in a home. Yet, he is a dog who naturally seeks closeness and cooperation. Curry has an exceptionally stable temperament. He is very calm, balanced, and shows no hint of aggression towards people. He seeks contact, willingly staying close to the caregiver, reacting attentively and gently to humans. He is not pushy—rather present, grounded, and supportive. With him, you can really catch your breath. On a leash, he walks beautifully. He doesn’t pull, maintains a steady pace, and pays attention to the handler. If the walk’s pace is too fast for him, he can stop—this is a dog who prefers calm, mindful walks over marathons. He passes by other dogs without aggressive reactions, doesn’t provoke, and doesn’t get worked up. He maintains a distance and balance. Curry very quickly shows that he wants to cooperate. He had no life in a home before, but his level of self-regulation and ability to calm down suggest that he will thrive in a peaceful environment. This is a dog who doesn’t create chaos—he extinguishes it. We are looking for a home that appreciates his sensitivity and natural calm. He can live with older individuals, a family with school-aged children, in an apartment or a home with a garden—what’s most important is a stable, predictable environment. He needs a person who will sit beside him and be there. And he will do the rest.

Curry to jeden z trzydziestu psów odebranych podczas interwencji w Kicinie. Trafił do nas z miejsca, w którym nie uczono go relacji z człowiekiem, spacerów, zasad ani codzienności w domu. A mimo to jest psem, który naturalnie wybiera bliskość i współpracę. To pies o wyjątkowo stabilnym temperamencie. Bardzo spokojny, zrównoważony, bez cienia agresji wobec ludzi. Szuka kontaktu, chętnie przebywa obok opiekuna, reaguje na człowieka uważnie i miękko. Nie jest nachalny - raczej obecny, ugruntowany, wspierający. Przy nim naprawdę można złapać oddech. Na smyczy chodzi wzorowo. Nie ciągnie, utrzymuje stałe tempo, zwraca uwagę na przewodnika. Jeśli tempo spaceru jest dla niego zbyt szybkie, potrafi się zatrzymać - to pies, który preferuje spokojne, świadome spacery zamiast maratonów. Mija inne psy bez reakcji agresywnych, nie prowokuje, nie nakręca się. Zachowuje dystans i równowagę. Curry bardzo szybko pokazuje, że chce współpracować. Nie znał wcześniej życia w domu, ale jego poziom samoregulacji i umiejętność wyciszenia sugerują, że odnajdzie się w spokojnym środowisku. To pies, który nie generuje chaosu - on go wygasza. Szukamy dla niego domu, który doceni jego wrażliwość i naturalny spokój. Może zamieszkać z osobami starszymi, rodziną z dziećmi w wieku szkolnym, w mieszkaniu lub domu z ogrodem - najważniejsze jest stabilne, przewidywalne środowisko.
