Meet Dakota, a beautiful young girl with a gentle nature and lots of love to give. Dakota came into our care as a pregnant stray, and when no owner came forward, she was placed into a foster home where she is currently doing an amazing job raising her babies. Despite her difficult start, Dakota has remained incredibly affectionate and trusting. Her fosterers describe her as a true lap cat who will happily sit for ages being stroked and brushed, all while purring loudly and chatting away to you. She loves human company and has a wonderfully sweet personality that shines through every day. As Dakota previously lived as a stray, she will need access to the outdoors in her new home once fully settled. She is looking for a loving family who can offer her the care, comfort, and security she deserves after raising her kittens. Dakota will be ready for adoption from mid-July, and we know this lovely girl will make a wonderful companion for a very lucky home.
