Hello, I am Dasti. As you might have already noticed from the pictures, I am a genuine hunting dog. I ended up at the animal shelter because my owners have split up and couldn't keep me. I really enjoy the company of humans and love to cuddle, as I was bottle-fed as a puppy. I don't find it so pleasant here at the animal shelter and am looking for a new home quickly. Although I am 9 years old, I am still in top condition and a real power package. I could play and go for walks all day, which I really enjoy, but mental stimulation is also important. As you can imagine, I do have a prey drive. I grew up in the countryside, so the city slightly unsettles me, and I would love it if my new home was also in the countryside. My new owners should be sporty to properly tire me out and ideally have some experience with hunting dogs. I can also do a few commands: sit, stay, heel, down, and lie. I can even ride a bike. I love water, but unfortunately get ear infections occasionally when I dive in, which is to be expected with my long ears. I get along with other dogs depending on their personality. What I absolutely don't like are wasps, bees, and other insects, they are silly. I also don't like cats. I don't want any small children in my new home. My stomach is a bit sensitive, so I shouldn't eat everything and should ideally be fed three times a day. I believe I have now told you everything about myself and hope that someone will give me a new home soon.

Hallo, ich bin der Dasti. Wie man vielleicht schon auf den Bildern erkannt hat, bin ich ein waschechter Jagdhund. Ich bin hier im Tierheim gelandet, weil sich meine Herrchen getrennt haben und mich deshalb nicht behalten konnten. Ich mag die Nähe von Menschen sehr und kuschel auch sehr gerne, das liegt wohl daran, dass ich als Welpe mit der Flasche aufgezogen worden bin. Hier im Tierheim finde ich es nicht so schön und suche schnell wieder ein neues Zuhause. Ich bin zwar schon 9 Jahre alt, aber trotzdem noch topfit und ein richtiges Powerpaket. Ich könnte den ganzen Tag spielen und spazieren gehen, das macht mir richtig Spaß, aber die geistige Auslastung darf natürlich auch nicht fehlen. Wie man sich jetzt vielleicht schon denken kann, habe ich natürlich auch Jagdtrieb. Ich bin ländlich aufgewachsen, deswegen verunsichert mich die Stadt etwas und ich fände es toll, wenn mein neues Zuhause auch wieder ländlich liegen würde. Meine neuen Herrchen sollten natürlich sportlich sein, um mich gescheit Auslasten zu können und vielleicht schon Erfahrung mit Jagdhunden haben. Ich kann auch ein paar Kommandos: Sitz, Platz, Steh, Aus und leg dich. Alleine bleiben kann ich auch ohne Probleme. Ich kann sogar am Fahrrad laufen. Ich mag Wasser auch total gerne, aber bekomme davon leider ab und zu Ohrenentzündung, wenn ich tauche, aber ist ja auch klar bei den langen Ohren, die ich hab. Mit anderen Hunden komme ich je nach Sympathie klar. Was ich gar nicht mag, sind Wespen, Bienen und andere Insekten, die sind doof. Katzen mag ich auch nicht. Kleine Kinder wünsche ich mir in meinem neuen Zuhause nicht. Mein Magen ist etwas empfindlich, deswegen darf ich nicht alles essen und sollte am besten 3 mal täglich fressen. Ich glaube jetzt hab ich alles über mich erzählt und hoffe nun das mir schnell jemand ein neues Zuhause schenkt.
