DEA &#8211

Female · Kitten

A female EHK / tricolor with a lot of white, found in 5026 Densbüren, was taken in on July 20, 2026. She is a free-roaming cat from a large cat population. Many of the cats are reserved and shy. We are looking for a quiet, understanding home with plenty of time and patience for her and her feline friends. The young cats are only placed with another cat or a younger, social cat. They are not suitable for children. The cat found in 5026 Densbüren will only be allowed outside in a low-traffic area later. If you take the time and have the necessary calm/patience, Dea will gain more and more trust and security. Even fearful cats can open up - it's definitely worth it 😉 407736 / The STMZ is the Swiss Animal Reporting Center. Interested in one of our found animals? Found animals can only be placed after the legally specified waiting periods have expired. Please check our animal placement service to see if the animal is already available for placement.

About DEA &#8211

What life with DEA &#8211 looks like

DEA &#8211 is a small puppy/kitten cat waiting at Aargauischer Tierschutzverein ATs in Zug (Allenwinden & Neuheim).

Kittens are tiny chaos engines for about six months and then mellow rapidly. They need two scheduled feedings, a litter box per cat plus one extra, and somewhere high to climb. Spay/neuter happens around six months — most shelters arrange this before adoption.

🇨🇭Adopting from Switzerland

Swiss shelters require a home visit (Platzkontrolle) and proof of suitable accommodation. Cantons each have their own additional dog-keeping requirements (e.g. SKN training in some areas). Animals leave sterilized and chipped.

Frequently asked

Adopting DEA &#8211, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about DEA &#8211?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Aargauischer Tierschutzverein ATs handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw DEA &#8211 on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt DEA &#8211 if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Aargauischer Tierschutzverein ATs will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is DEA &#8211 already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most cats on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if DEA &#8211 isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Aargauischer Tierschutzverein ATs early rather than rehoming privately; they know DEA &#8211 and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (DE). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
