Delfinek came to us on 12/23/2023 from the area of Wierzbinek. His piercing, sad look captured in a photo from the day of his arrival at the animal shelter caused many emotions. Unfortunately, so far no one has decided to take Delfin in. He is a very social dog who loves people. He can be quick and scattered. He is simply so happy that he cannot stop. But when someone starts to pet him, he can politely stand and accept the next round of pets. Delfinek is currently being treated for his eyes at a specialist clinic. We want him to regain at least 10% of his vision. We are starting to see slight progress, but there is still a long way to go. The guy gets along with dogs, but because of his blindness, he may bump into them, which can cause conflicts in the case of an unkind dog. Delfinek is already neutered and ready to find his home. It can also be a so-called lifetime Temporary Home, where the animal shelter helps with medical issues, purchasing medicine, etc., and the dog enjoys his own home by the side of a loving owner, whose care our support will make easier.

Delfinek trafił do nas 23.12.2023r. z terenów gm. Wierzbinek. Jego przeszywający, smutny wzrok uchwycony na zdjęciu z dnia przyjęcia do schroniska wzbudził wiele emocji. Niestety do tej pory nikt nie zdecydował się przygarnąć Delfinka. To bardzo towarzyski psiak, który uwielbia ludzi. Bywa szybki i roztrzepany. Po prostu tak się cieszy, że nie może się zatrzymać. Ale kiedy zacznie się go głaskać, potrafi grzecznie stać przyjmując na siebie kolejne porcje głasków. Delfinek jest w trakcie leczenia oczu w przychodni specjalistycznej. Chcemy, żeby odzyskał chociaż 10% wzorku. Zaczynamy dostrzegać delikatne postępy, ale nadal długa droga przed nami. Chłopak dogaduje się z psami, ale z racji swojej ślepoty może na nie wpadać, co w przypadku mało wyrozumiałego psa może rodzić konflikty. Delfinek jest już wykastrowany i gotowy czeka na swój dom. Może to być również tzw. dożywotni Dom Tymczasowy, w którym schronisko pomaga w kwestii medycznej, zakupu leków itp., a psiak cieszy się swoim domkiem u boku kochającego właściciela, któremu nasze wsparcie ułatwi opiekę.
