Destiny

Mixed Breed · Male

Destiny, Demi, and Dylana (in order on the photos) were born in April to a shy mom in Vinoř. The mom moved to a nice lady's garden, where she brought the kittens. The lady wanted to keep the kitten, so when the kittens were old enough, we caught them with the mom, who underwent spaying and returned outside. But the kittens stayed with us. The most brave is the black tom Destiny, who gets close to people when they pet her, the black ones Dylan and Demi also come. They are all pets, they are veterinarian treated, only the second vaccination is waiting for them at the end of September. They are looking for homes in pairs or with another cat friend, because they are used to cat company and need to play with another cat. So don't hesitate and get in touch with us!

CS·Show original

About Destiny

What life with Destiny looks like

Destiny is an adult mixed breed cat waiting at Útulek Kocour Felix (PSOZ) in Czech Republic.

An adult cat usually shows their personality within a week. Give them a quiet room with everything they need (food, water, litter, hiding spot) and let them choose when to explore. Don't force interaction — every cat decides for themselves when a new home counts as home.

🇨🇿Adopting from Czech Republic

Czech shelters (útulky) include sterilization, vaccinations, and microchip ID. The adopter signs a written contract (smlouva) — the shelter may follow up to verify wellbeing.

Frequently asked

Adopting Destiny, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Destiny?: Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Útulek Kocour Felix (PSOZ) handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Destiny on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Destiny if I live in another country?: Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Útulek Kocour Felix (PSOZ) will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Transport is usually a separate cost, so ask for the exact figure before you commit.
Is Destiny already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?: Most cats on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Destiny isn't the right fit?: Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Útulek Kocour Felix (PSOZ) early rather than rehoming privately; they know Destiny and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?: TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (CS). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
