Diane had to experience what no dog should: she was simply left on the roadside and left to her fate. We do not know how long she waited for help. Fortunately, she was found in time and brought to safety before something happened to her. The approximately 2–3-year-old female dog, with her about 30 cm height, is a handy companion. Especially pretty are her beige fur and her white paws, which look as if she were wearing tiny socks. In the shelter, Diane is currently still a bit overwhelmed by all the new impressions. The loudness, the many dogs, and the unfamiliar environment still unsettle her, causing her to behave more quietly and reservedly. Nevertheless, one quickly recognizes the affectionate female dog within her. Diane is a little bit shy, but not afraid. She approaches people cautiously and prefers to observe from a safe distance. Once she has gained some trust, however, she shows how much she enjoys human affection. Cuddles and loving attention she very much appreciates and then snuggles up with her familiar people. Diane is incredibly gentle and careful. She does not push herself on but waits patiently for the time she needs. This quiet and delicate nature makes her a very special female dog. So far, Diane has not yet been tested with other dogs, so we cannot make a reliable statement about that. For Diane, we wish for a loving home where she can arrive in peace. People with patience and empathy who will show her that she will never be left again and that trust is worthwhile. Ihre Geschichte: Diane musste erleben, was kein Hund erleben sollte: Sie wurde einfach am Straßenrand zurückgelassen und ihrem Schicksal überlassen. Wie lange sie dort auf Hilfe gewartet hat, wissen wir nicht. Zum Glück wurde sie rechtzeitig gefunden und in Sicherheit gebracht, bevor ihr etwas zustoßen konnte. Die etwa 2–3 Jahre alte Hündin ist mit ihren rund 30 cm Größe eine handliche Begleiterin. Besonders hübsch sind ihr beigegraues Fell und ihre weißen Pfoten, die aussehen, als würde sie kleine Söckchen tragen. Im Shelter zeigt sich Diane aktuell noch etwas überwältigt von den vielen neuen Eindrücken. Die Lautstärke, die vielen Hunde und die ungewohnte Umgebung verunsichern sie noch, weshalb sie sich eher ruhig und zurückhaltend verhält. Dennoch erkennt man schnell, welch liebevolle Hündin in ihr steckt. Diane ist ein kleines bisschen schüchtern, aber keineswegs ängstlich. Sie begegnet Menschen vorsichtig und beobachtet zunächst lieber aus sicherer Entfernung. Hat sie jedoch erst einmal etwas Vertrauen gefasst, zeigt sie, wie sehr sie menschliche Zuneigung genießt. Streicheleinheiten und liebevolle Aufmerksamkeit weiß sie sehr zu schätzen und kuschelt dann gerne mit ihren vertrauten Menschen. Dabei ist Diane unglaublich sanft und vorsichtig. Sie drängt sich nicht auf, sondern wartet geduldig darauf, dass man ihr die Zeit gibt, die sie braucht. Gerade diese ruhige und zarte Art macht sie zu einer ganz besonderen Hündin. Mit anderen Hunden konnte Diane bislang noch nicht getestet werden, sodass wir hierzu aktuell keine verlässliche Aussage treffen können. Für Diane wünschen wir uns ein liebevolles Zuhause, in dem sie in Ruhe ankommen darf. Menschen mit Geduld und Einfühlungsvermögen, die ihr zeigen, dass sie nie wieder verlassen wird und dass Vertrauen sich lohnt. Mit etwas Zeit wird aus der vorsichtigen kleinen Hündin sicherlich eine treue Begleiterin, die ihre Dankbarkeit auf ihre ganz eigene, liebevolle Art zeigt.
