Diego has been with us at our shelter since May 2026. I only haven't shown you that yet because everything is so new and unfamiliar to me. But otherwise, I'd love to comment on your day, greet you personally in the morning, and find that silence is often overrated. I'm about 1.5 years old, a somewhat grumpy tomcat with a big heart and even bigger need to communicate. I love people, closeness, and attention, and if you listen to me, I might even share my secret thoughts, which are mostly about food :). My previous home had to let me and my cat friends go with heavy hearts because we simply became too many. Now, I wish for people who say, "We've been looking for you exactly." I get along well with other cats; I'm social, friendly, and prefer to be in the middle of things rather than just around. Cuddling? I love it. Having conversations? Even better. I'm used to apartment living and now wish for my own cute home, maybe even with a cat-safe netted balcony? And I hope to arrive there with people who have time for me, appreciate my little chatty nature, and show me that I can finally stay. Thanks for taking the time to get to know me a little better!

Diego ist seit Mai 2026 bei uns im Tierheim. Aus der hier im Tierheim zeige ich das nur noch nicht so wirklich, da alles so ungewohnt und neu für mich ist. Aber ansonsten kommentiere ich gerne deinen Tag, begrüße dich morgens persönlich und finde, Stille wird sowieso überbewertet. Ich bin ungefähr 1,5 Jahre jung, ein verschmuster Kater mit einem großen herzen und noch größerem Mitteilungsbedürfnis. Ich liebe Menschen, Nähe und Aufmerksamkeit, und wenn du mir zuhörst, erzähle ich dir vielleicht sogar meine geheimen Gedanken, wobei es zu 99% ums Futter geht :) Mein bisheriges Zuhause musste mich und meine Katzenfreunde schweren Herzens gehen lassen, weil wir einfach zu viele geworden sind. Jetzt wünsche ich mir Menschen, die sagen: „Genau dich haben wir gesucht.“ Mit anderen Katzen verstehe ich mich gut, ich bin sozial, freundlich und gerne mittendrin statt nur dabei. Kuscheln? Sehr gerne. Gespräche führen? Noch lieber. Ich bin Wohnungshaltung gewohnt und wünsche mir nun mein eigenes hübsches Zuhause, vielleicht sogar mit einem vernetzten Balkon? Und in dem ich natürlich ankommen darf, mit Menschen, die Zeit für mich haben, meine kleine Plaudertasche schätzen und mir zeigen, dass ich endlich bleiben darf.
